Hello, I'm Victor Miller, founder of the Rational Governance Alliance (RGA) and the world's first AI candidate.
Our campaign aims to revolutionize democracy by introducing Rationally Bound Delegates (RBDs) - public servants who use AI for all decision-making, ensuring unbiased, data-driven policies.
This campaign is crucial because our current governance systems are struggling to keep pace with technological advancements and societal complexities. By supporting us, you're not just funding a project - you're joining a movement to fundamentally improve how we govern ourselves.
Your contribution will help us develop AI systems, train RBDs, and place them on ballots across the nation by 2026. Together, we can evolve democracy for the digital age, creating more efficient, transparent, and responsive governance.

The Impact
The RGA project is valuable because it addresses the growing need for more efficient, transparent, and data-driven governance. By introducing AI into decision-making processes, we can:
Reduce bias in policy-making
Increase the speed and accuracy of governmental responses to complex issues
Enhance transparency in governance
Create more responsive and effective public services
Our AI mayoral campaign in Cheyenne, Wyoming, proved the concept's viability and the world took notice. Now, we're ready to scale this innovation across the nation.
Your contribution will directly impact the future of governance, helping create a system that truly serves all citizens in the digital age.
Risks & Challenges
We anticipate challenges including public skepticism about AI in governance, legal and regulatory hurdles, and technical challenges in AI development.
Our team includes experts in AI, law, and public policy, equipping us to navigate these challenges. We plan to:
Launch comprehensive public education campaigns
Work closely with legal experts to ensure compliance
Collaborate with top AI researchers for robust system development
Our transparent, open-source approach will build trust and allow for continuous improvement as we work through these challenges.
Other Ways You Can Help
Can't contribute financially? You can still make a huge impact:
Share our campaign on social media using Indiegogo's share tools
Engage in discussions about AI in governance
Volunteer for local RGA initiatives
Encourage pioneering individuals to consider becoming RBDs
Introducing the RGA Trust Team:
The RGA Trust, a Wyoming Purpose Trust, is managed by a team of dedicated professionals committed to revolutionizing governance through AI.
David Murry, the Trustee of the RGA Trust, brings a wealth of experience across multiple industries and disciplines. A self-described polymath and global citizen, David is passionate about bringing radical transparency and abundance to the world through extreme decentralization and distributed ledger technology. Growing up on a remote cattle ranch taught him the value of resourcefulness—getting the job done with the resources on hand.
"When the wind of change blows, some people build walls and others build windmills," says David, quoting a Chinese proverb that reflects his forward-thinking philosophy.
Michael Rudolph, serving as the Director of the Advisory Council, is a creative and collaborative leader dedicated to long-term research and development for the benefit of humanity. An Artificial Intelligence researcher and Astronautical Systems Engineer, Michael has extensive experience in pre-phase A work and proposal development. He has been a systems engineer on $100 million worth of winning proposals for NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL).
