Hi Friends!

We are Dani, Nico, Henry and Antoine and we can’t wait to open the doors of a very special space we’ve been working on day and night over the past few months: MURO, London’s first Japanese style and spray wall bouldering gym. Created as an intimate, high quality space, Muro focuses on bringing people together through innovation, culture and the love for the sport. Neighboring Copeland Park in the heart of Peckham, we will become a hub for the local and uniquely diverse community.

Muro is the story of four (bearded) friends who share a passion for climbing (as well as music, the arts and generally making nice stuff!). Our aim was to build a different type of gym in our home of SE London (despite 2 of us being Colombian and one of us being French!). A climbers gym that welcomes and caters to all levels across our beautiful gym nestled under two railway arches; it’s an intimate; unique (we even make some of the holds ourselves); independent and creative place - just like Peckham is!

Our own website is still being built so we decided to launch this campaign to start building the Muro community of climbers, both experienced and new, and offer amazing early birds discounts for memberships and merch.

We've built a mezzanine for people to warm-up/down orjust chill and will build an outdoor climbing board in our amazing courtyard (perfect for sunny days) and fun events with live music and a whole heap of other exciting plans for you all.
