What We Need & What You Get
Our funding goal is $4,500. This money helps us with production costs. It will pay for costume rentals, props, and building materials. It will also help us hire a set designer, a wardrobe technician, and a stage manager. It will also help us pay our actors a stipend. We pay our actors a travel stipend, and this will be our biggest expense, because Macbeth has a pretty large cast. Ours is probably going to be 18 people. Stipends will average around $120 per actor, so that's around $2200. which is almost half our budget, and we don't expect ticket sales to cover that.
In addition to the satisfaction that comes from funding the arts, various perks are available.
- All donations get thanked in the program.
- Donation at $25 also get tickets to the show.
- $250 donations also receive a program signed by the cast.
- $500 also get to attend the cast party.
- $1,000 donations get a prop or costume piece from the show.
Your Impact
Making theatre is not cheap. It takes a great deal of effort. We always give our actors and crew a stipend. Ticket sales at the levels we charge ($25 / $15 for students) don’t cover all of our costs. Your support makes our productions possible.
