Baltic Amber is a natural, fossilized resin from ancient pine trees that grew millions of years ago in the present location of the Baltic Sea.

For thousands of years, people were fascinated by unique qualities of amber and it was widely known in the ancient world for its power to heal, relieve pain and reduce stress.

Around 2600 years ago, Ancient Greeks discovered that rubbing fur on amber caused an attraction between the two. They called it elektron. Today we call their discovery static charge.

1. Is it suitable for puppies and senior dogs?

Yes. Amber Crown collar contains no chemicals of any kind and is suitable for even pregnant and nursing dogs.

2. When will I receive my Amber Crown collar?

We’ll start shipping in mid-April and guarantee all orders to be shipped before the end of May.

3. What is it made of?

Amber Crown collars are made from certified raw Baltic amber and high quality natural leather. The amber beads are strung on industrial strength nylon thread and the metal clasp is designed to endure any adventures ahead.

4. How does it work?

Static electricity generated when amber rubs against the pet's fur makes ticks and fleas uncomfortable and unable to cling to hairs. In addition, heated by friction to pet's fur amber releases piney aroma that repel those few remaining bugs that are not bothered by electricity. Please note that while amber effectively repels fleas, it will not treat existing heavy infestation, so you must exterminate them before using Amber Crown collar.

5. How long does it stay effective?

Amber collars stay effective for up to a year. We recommend replacing it when beads get polished to maintain the best tick and flea repelling effect.

6. Can I use it with regular collar and a leash?

Of course, they can both be on your dog’s neck. Just do not use the amber collar instead of the regular one.

7. Is it waterproof?

Well, amber came from the sea in the first place, so it’s absolutely fine to let Fido jump to the water.

8. How do I take care of the collar

Amber beads get a bit oily by constant friction to fur, so we recommend washing the collar weekly with warm water and soap.

9. Can I use it on my cat?
