I started making jewelry at the end of 2011. I sat down with a friend to learn how to wire-wrap stones and crystals. This atypical, free flow art of bending wire changed my perception on life. At the beginning of this year I took several metalsmithing classes and fell in love with the manipulation of metals.
As of right now, I have access to an open studio where I took metalsmithing classes. The problem is I am only allowed four hours, once a week to do what I love and it really, truly is not enough time to do work.
This is where I need YOU!
Help Wanted!
I am hoping to raise $2000 to purchase equipment. Contributions will go towards things like stainless steel table, soldering equipment and air filtration system, files, a flex-shaft drill, gravers, hammers, gauges, an anvil and other various items needed for finishing pieces.
Help fund my future studio and become part of my creative process!
What if I don’t reach my goal?
That’s impossible because every contribution, no matter how great or small, helps me achieve my dream. Every contribution means I am one step closer to that glorious set of files that makes those metals as smooth as a baby’s bottom.
Can't make monetary contributions?
That's okay! Any help, in any way shape or form is truly appreciated!
