The passing of Brian and Dave Blackburn is a loss to everyone who knew them.  The Blackburn family has been generous in arranging multiple ceremonies for their friends to gather and honor them.  This fund is being created to support any memorial services, along with helping to establish a memorial in their name at the Sammy's RHO Chapter.
