I started playing guitar when I was seven years old. At the age of fourteen I spent time singing and playing with a small band at my church. And as they say, the rest is history! In recent years I have had the opportunity to lead worship and perform at various churches and concert venues along the east coast. Last May I graduated from UNC Asheville with a degree in both History and Religious Studies. After graduation I moved back to Charlotte and I am currently the Contemporary Worship Director at Davidson United Methodist Church, in addition to being a singer/songwriter in the Charlotte, NC, area.
For the last three years of my college career I was under contract with McLaughlin Music Group International (MMGI), a management company based out of Arkansas. While under management I connected with Uphill Studios in Atlanta, GA. On November 25, 2014, I released my self-titled EP. Since then I have been playing or performing in the surrounding region nearly every weekend. I am excited to announce that this fall I will be working with Gat3 Studio in Charlotte to record my second EP. Since the release of my first EP, my overall sound has changed in beautiful ways. I'm really excited to finish this project and share more of my music with all of you! This campaign will cover the full cost of production and mastering through Gat3, though it does not include the cost of duplicating the physical CD's.
I appreciate any financial support you can give, and I am excited to share my new EP with you in 2017!
