Welcome to the Indiegogo campaign for Captain Mark Richards, A Murder in Camelot. This docuseries will be the first of its kind where ufology meets True Crime. This docuseries will investigate the many claims of a whistle-blower named Mark Richards who claims that he is a political prisoner and was framed for the murder of his friend Richard Baldwin due to his time spent in the secret space program. This investigation will also cover the supporters of Mark Richards and their research.

Mark states he was framed in 1982 for the murder of his friend Richard Baldwin.  This was to provide a convenient way for the government to keep him quiet and discredit him for the time that he spent in the Secret Space Program. During his time in the SSP Captain Mark Richards was in charge of a starship enterprise-type vessel, fighting the war against aliens bent on the takeover of Planet Earth.

This docuseries is based on Captain Mark Richards CDCR# C89732 who is a convicted murderer serving life without parole in Solano Vacaville California, Mark is a top Whistleblower for conspiracy theorist Kerry Cassidy. From November 2013, Kerry has interviewed Mark over twelve times in person.

Kerry Cassidy regards Richards as the most important whistle-blower exposing the "Secret Space Program." Kerry has stated that Mark was framed for the murder of his friend Richard Baldwin and that he is imprisoned by the Illuminati-Draco-run planetary government. Mark’s wife Jo Ann Richards, who married Mark in prison around 2002 has stated that Mark is currently a political prisoner in the California State Prison system.  He was arrested in 1982 and convicted in 1984 for a murder he had nothing to do with.  "It is a convenient way for the government to keep him quiet, as he knows way too many secrets and would fight against the New World Order with all his might if given the chance."

Marks Crime Partner Crossan Hoover

Kevin has over six hours of phone interviews with Mark's crime partner Crossan Hoover. Crossan has given his full testimony for the first time in over 37 years with the exact details of how Mark Richards was involved in the murder of Richard Baldwin and how Mark was the leader of the cult called Pendragon. Kevin also visited Crossan Hoover in prison in mid-2019. Crossie will feature throughout the documentary telling his side of the story of what really happened and who Mark Richards really is, over two months of interviews over the phone were recorded which will weave through the docuseries. 

Actors who will feature in the docuseries

For decades, some UFO researchers have questioned the space exploration narrative propounded by NASA. While this is not widely known, NASA is essentially a military organization, which means that this agency could protect sensitive information under the guise of defending national security. The Secret Space Program if it does exist is shrouded in mystery, the existence of the Secret Space Program is a closely guarded secret, but information from government whistleblowers, intelligence operatives, and former astronauts has been surfacing for decades.

Mark claims to have been a captain in a secret space program for over 30 years. Captain Richards claims to have been and still is, a prisoner of the war between on and off-planet races that have dominated Earth for centuries. His claims of being an honorable officer of the "Navy" because of his rebellion against the Draco and Reptoids (Luciferin alliance) is considered a threat to their operations. He states he was Captain of the starship enterprise-type vessel, fighting the war against aliens bent on the takeover of Planet Earth.

Mark states that his most active period as a space captain was from 1976-1982. During this period, Mark allegedly flew various crafts, including the SR-71 and alien ships, as well as operating naval vessels. He interacted with at least seven alien species. Among the vessels he is said to have commanded was one of nine Orion-class "atomic battle cruisers," whose designers included a claimed relative of Mark's mother. He is said to have served off-planet, fought alongside Prince Nagadraconius, and taken part in several important space battles with aliens, such as the battle of China Gates.

On July 6, 1982, Richard Alexander Baldwin, 36, was murdered at the hands of Mark Richards and teenager Crossan David Hoover. Richard Baldwin was beaten with a baseball bat and stabbed with a knife and screwdriver in Marin County, California. Mark and Crossan were arrested ten days later.

The Story made headline news throughout July 1982 and with the convictions of Mark and Crossen Hoover in 1984. In separate trials, they were found guilty of murder. Mark Richards was sentenced to life without parole for the murder of his friend Richard Baldwin. Crossan Hoover was sentenced to twenty-six years to life with the possibility of parole and is still incarcerated. Throughout this period, the crime made headlines as a bizarre tale of a CULT Arthurian kingdom called Pendragon began to emerge.

Another teenager present in Mr. Baldwin’s house, who helped dispose of the body, was Andrew Campbell.  Andrew later turned and gave the state’s evidence against both Mark Richards and Crossan Hoover resulting in immunity from prosecution.

The victim of this horrendous murder was Richard A. Baldwin.  Baldwin was the owner of a vintage-auto restoration shop, The Classic Car, on 36B Front Street in San Rafael. At the time of the murder, Richards, Hoover, and Andrew Campbell were remodeling Baldwin’s home. Hoover stated Richards and he lured their victim, Mr. Baldwin, to the auto shop on the pretext of looking at his inventory of classic cars.

After the murder, Richards purchased a boat used to dump the body of Mr. Richard Baldwin into San Pablo Bay with the help of Crossan Hoover and Andrew Campbell. 

Behind the Baldwin murder "was a secret organization, called Pendragon, that appeared to be planning an armed takeover of Marin." Police detectives had retrieved from Richards' home maps, aerial photographs of Marin County, plans for a laser gun, instructions for the construction of machine guns, and "notebooks containing references to a new form of government." 

Crossie Hoover told investigators that one of the inducements to the murder was Richards' promise to appoint him Duke of Angel Island. It appears that Richards fantasized about converting Marin County into a version of King Arthur's Camelot, with himself as King. He allegedly promoted plans in meetings with his workers to take over Marin County by destroying the Golden Gate and Richmond-San Rafael bridges and placing a laser gun on top of Mount Tamalpais. Carl Shapiro, a San Anselmo attorney representing Richards, asserted that the documents found by the police were research materials for a science-fiction book (Imperial Marin) that Richards was writing. The prosecution countered that regardless of Richards's writing, he used the Pendragon material to manipulate Hoover into committing the murder.

Both Hoover and Richards have been in the California prison system for over 38 years, In the past 5 Years Mark Richards has again come to public attention with claims to have been a Captain in a secret space program and was framed for the murder of his friend Richard Baldwin so that he would become a political prisoner and have no credibility to talk about his time served in the secret space program.

The claims made by Mark Richards have been told on YouTube videos, blogs, and podcasts including talk shows like Project Camelot which specialize in alternative whistleblower testimony. Hosted by self-proclaimed "investigative journalist," Kerry Cassidy, she calls Mark one of the best sources of information she currently has. Mark's wife, Jo Ann Richards, has been a featured speaker at many conferences.

The story of the crime and the events around Richard’s trial is interesting, but it is his "other life" that first draws one’s attention. Mark Richards now claims he was having tea with his parents at the time of the murder.

Mark prefers to be known as "Captain" Richards, although he never served in the military. After graduating from high school in 1971, Mark states that at the age of 15, he “worked on a top-secret project at Lockheed Martin and was also a consultant in Vietnam. Apart from the problems with bringing a 15-year-old into a combat zone, this seems inconsistent with the claims that his commission involved work at Stanford.

Jo Ann Richards's remarkable assertion: He served in Vietnam as an army chopper pilot after high school. He was there for 6 months, starting in the summer of 1972.  In 1972 Mark attended the College of Marin to study Criminology.  According to Jo Ann Richards, Mark has double bachelor's and double master’s degrees.  He obtained a doctorate in political science, and a doctorate in quantum physics, and is working on a master's in astrophysics.

It is not certain exactly when Mark is alleged to have switched from being an officer in the Army to the Navy.  Jo Ann Richards states, "After Vietnam, he made a lateral move to Navy Captain and was involved with Air Force Special Forces."

Years after the crime, Richards, again, came to public attention with claims to have been a secret space command Captain who led an attack against aliens to reclaim a secret base in Dulce, New Mexico. He cited a remarkable, family history, which includes numerous, covert activities affecting global interests and top-level, alien contact. Richards claims he was involved in the Dulce battle with his paraplegic father.

In 1982, Crossan Hoover was employed by Mark Richards. The 17-year-old, Hoover, agreed to help Richards murder Richard Baldwin with promises of $5000, a dune buggy, and lodging in a remodeled portion of Richards’ house. Hoover was also to be made Duke of Angel Island in Richards’ Pendragon; a plot to take over Marin County.

Mark Richards brainwashed Crossan Hoover who had a learning disability, and a severe drug problem, and was thoroughly indoctrinated into the Pendragon Cult, which led Hoover to kill on the signal of Mark Richards, the cult leader.

Richards further manipulated Hoover by falsely claiming Baldwin was not only a Nazi but also a pedophile who deserved to be killed in public service.  CDCR#C95830 Crossan Hoover is currently serving 26 to life with the possibility of parole. He is overdue for release and is awaiting his next parole board hearing in October 2025.

Richard Baldwin was a mechanical genius possessing an intuitive sense of why things worked.  Baldwin was described by others as distrustful of strangers. Baldwin also enjoyed collecting guns and felt the economy was getting worse and might bottom out.  This commonality allowed Baldwin to fit in with the neighbor, Mark Richards, who moved into the same business park in 1979. Baldwin and Richards became good friends. Baldwin was Mark’s best man at Mark’s and Caryn’s wedding, and he had also dated Caryn’s twin sister. His only surviving family member is Susan Baldwin.

Kerry Cassidy a conspiracy theorist who runs Project Camelot, regards Mark Richards as one of the most important whistle-blowers exposing the "Secret Space Program." She has said that he was framed for the murder of his friend Baldwin and that he is imprisoned by the Illuminati-Draco-run planetary government.

In late 2005, Cassidy met Bill Ryan, a British ex-Scientologist with a nice line in broad-brimmed hats, and they lived together for a while at the Camelot Castle Hotel in Tintagel. Project Camelot grew out of their conversations, conceived as an open-ended series of video interviews with woo-doctors and whistleblowers. In March 2014 Ryan revealed that Project Camelot was initially funded by Cassidy’s inheritance, but that she lost $116,000 by investing it with since convicted and jailed con man Sean David Morton.

Jo Ann Richards married Mark Richards on July 26th, 2002, after more than six marriages and one suicide.

Jo Ann is an ex-Mormon and Mark Richards's main spokesperson.

Jo Ann Richards also runs Earth Defense Headquarters, EDH, an educational nonprofit and the primary source for the EDH information is Mark Richards. Jo Ann is a full-time accountant and a part-time featured speaker discussing Marks's history at UFO conferences and podcasts around the world.

 Kevin Moore's main passion has always been to explore the understanding of, “Who Am I?” What is this reality and is there anything beyond the infinite universe?  In October 2008, while studying Television at Glamorgan University in Wales, United Kingdom, Kevin started his YouTube talk show, The Moore Show   Since then Kevin has had the opportunity to interview some of the world's greatest philosophers, paranormal researchers, life coaches, and spiritual teachers, and UFO Researchers.  Kevin has filmed a docuseries on Channeling called 'They Call Us Channelers'. In late 2018 Kevin came across Mark Richards' story. Kevin was contacted by Geoff Reed and was completely fascinated by the story which combines both a murder and the secret space program cult.

Bill Brockbrader is another whistle-blower for Kerry Cassidy, whose story is complex, but Brockbrader had a past.

In 1993 Fire Controlman Second Class William N. Brockbrader, U.S. Navy, started to abuse his wife's sister at the age of 11. The abuse with his sister-in-law began in the summer of 1993 through the Spring of 1996. The abuse lasted from 1993 and ended in 1996, Brockbrader was between 21 and 25 years old.

Fire Controlman Second Class William N. Brockbrader, U.S. Navy was charged with and pleaded guilty to:

Operate a vehicle on base while drunk, with a BAC.

Commit sodomy with a child under 16 years

Commit carnal knowledge with a child under 16 years.

On 21 April 1998, Brockbrader was sentenced to 66 months of incarceration and released around February 2001. Prison reports indicate that Brockbrader attempted suicide in June of 1997, and he was placed in an inpatient treatment program. He was diagnosed with adjustment disorder with a depressed mood. The defendant completed the sex offender treatment program while incarcerated on 11 November 2000. The defendant also completed a substance abuse education class and a domestic violence class.

Upon his release in 2001, Brockbrader lived and worked In Utah up until December 6 of 2008, this was the last registration officials had of Brockbrader’s whereabouts on the Utah sex offender’s register.

He was arrested on May 15 of 2012, for failing to register in the State and District of Idaho, violating the sex registration laws of the United States. The Judge in the federal court case imposed a $20,000 bail.

On March 28, 2013, the court sentenced Brockbrader to thirty months of incarceration, followed by ten years of supervised release, and a fine of $10,000. Bill was released date on 09/12/2014.

Brockbrader claimed to be a whistle-blower and a SEAL. He claimed that he knew the government had spacecraft that could fly to the moon in 24 hours from Area 51, he knew of atrocities that SEALs had committed in the Middle East, and retired Navy Seal, Don Shipley went after him. "Brockbrader was never a NAVY SEAL just a good conman".

Bill Ryan, David Wilcox, and Kerry Cassidy failed to vet Brockbrader and instead gave him a platform with no thought for the victim of Brockbrader's crimes.

Bill Ryan, a British ex-Scientologist has a BSc in Mathematics with Physics and Psychology (Bristol University, UK, 1974), and followed this with a brief stint in teaching. For 27 years he was a management consultant specializing in personal and team development, leadership training, and executive coaching. Major long-term clients included BAe (formerly British Aerospace), Hewlett-Packard, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

In November 2005 he inaugurated the Project Serpo website, the report of an alleged disclosure, in stages, of a US-alien exchange program that took place over 40 years ago. While he had been interested in UFOs, Free Energy research, and alternative medicine (he is trained as a kinesiologist) for over thirty years, his first contact with the UFO community at large occurred after establishing the Serpo website. He resigned from his management consultancy post in May 2006, having founded Project Camelot with Kerry Cassidy.

Bill currently lives in Ecuador, he runs the website Project Avalon, which he runs independently. He is dedicated to addressing current global problems with a spiritual focus and a proactive, practical, and community-based approach.

Sean David Morton is a self-described psychic and alleged remote viewer who has referred to himself as "America's Prophet." Until legal troubles led to his incarceration in federal prison, he also hosted radio shows, authored books, and made documentary films. In 2010, Morton and his wife were charged with civil securities fraud. The director of the New York regional office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) stated that "Morton's self-proclaimed psychic powers were nothing more than a scam to attract investors and steal their money." In 2016, Morton and his wife were indicted on Federal tax-related charges and were found guilty in April 2017 and sentenced to Federal prison.

Simon Parkes is a feature whistle-blower for Kerry Cassidy and is a lifelong experiencer of aliens, shadow people, elementals, and ufo’s, these include Mantid (Mantis) beings, Draconis Reptilian, Feline, small and tall Grey creatures, Crystalline beings, and other creatures that can't be identified. Simon is a retired driving instructor and was previously elected councilman in the UK. Simon has previously stated President Trump will pardon Mark Richards. Parkes has endorsed Mark Richards and this docuseries will investigate his support and Parkes himself.
