Hi Family!!
Clara here:)
As you know our dearly loved community members Gabriel and Ronja recently welcomed a new little angel being into the tribe, precious baby Ayila. They are now underway with the beautiful initiation of becoming parents and transitioning every day life to a new flow.
As I'm sure we're all aware, the old school domestic way of raising a baby as a couple all alone without help is outdated and, well, lame!! I've witnessed them doing an amazing job, with smiles on their faces and love in their hearts - and they rarely ask for anything. Still, I know how hard it can be to pull this off and stay sane:) I've witnessed them have to make some big shifts being that their primary income came from traveling and leading retreats - some of which I'm sure ya'll have participated in!
They're rolling with the punches and working it out - however I'd personally like to see the community come together and bring a lil extra love and support to the raising of our next generation of magical babies. Many hands makes light work. I dream of a new earth where the raising of children involves community wide participation, giving the parents spaciousness to heal and still have healthy lives and regulated nervous systems.
-------------------------
Okay so here's what I propose!
Currently, they don't have a car to drive. I happen to be leaving the country and I would like to gift them my car, a 2014 Subaru Forester that needs a bit of work to return to prime safe drive -ability. The total to get the title transferred to them + all the fixes it needs to be running strong comes to about $4k. It will bring me great joy to hand it off and know that they have safe transportation to go on adventures, provide for Ayila, work, visit community and simply do what they need to do. A new family in Austin needs a car, point blank.
Additionally, Ronja needs $1500 in order to complete her green card application and confirm residency in the United States. While we're raising money, I'd love to set the goal of this happening too. This will be an incredible gift and so easy for us to source when we do it together.
*Cute side note - I had the honor of picking them up from the hospital when Ayila was born, so this car was actually her post-birth chariot! Fun full circle.
This is why the minimum goal I've set comes out to $5555. This will cover their car, and the green card - giving them transportation, residency, and the ability to live a life where they are able to move in whatever way serves their family on the day to day. Any funding beyond that will be a cherry on top gift to them and a blessing for Ayila's life.
Thank you so much, please share with those you know who love and have been impacted by these two. They've given so much to our community and deserve to feel that love and reciprocity pour back ten fold. Bless you all!!
