What is Dope Merch?
Dope Merch is a Digital Merchant that allows bands, labels, artists (of any sort), or anyone else to sell t-shirts, hoodies, whatever they might have.
The difference with us though is unlike other websites who require you to either pay to have more than X amount of products or pay a monthly fee just to have your merch up for sale on their site, our service will be only cost 10% of each sale. NO UP FRONT FEES, NO MONTHLY FEES, only 10% from each sale.
Not only will we be selling other people's merch but we will also be selling out own original print merch.
We have all been in bands or have tried to find places to sell merch in the past and it has always been a hassle especially when you are starting out and have no money or money is tight due to paying for the merch you have to sell.
This is why we want to be a service people can depend on and a service that makes it easy for everyone.
What We Need & What You Get
Idealy we need $5,000 but anything we make from this campaign will greatly help. Please note that all funders will be receiving something no matter what amount you pitch in. Don't think of this as simply donating without receiving anyting in return, we would not do that to you!
Here is where the money from this campaign will be going towards:
- Help with the first 2 years of server payments. (Roughly $1,000)
- First pressings of original Dope Merch t-shirts, stickers, etc... as well as covering shipping costs! (Roughly $3,000)
- The rest of the money will go into more advertising on other networks which will use up the remainder of the money we have left over.
EVERY FUNDER WILL RECEIVE A HIGH QUALITY VINYL "DOPE MERCH" STICKER AND WILL BE LISTED ON OUR SITE (ONLY IF YOU WANT TO BE LISTED) AS A BACKER OF OUR COMPANY!
The Impact
By donating not only are you helping us but you will be helping all of those small bands, artists, whoever that could really use the support that is usually hard to find.
If you have ever been in a band or have tried to start a small clothing company or whatever and had a hard time with doing so think about that when you donate and feel good that you will be helping someone else achieve their goal!
