I need help! Please!

Some of you may know me and my family and our situation. But for those of you that don't here is a short synopsis and the current situation.

We are currently divorced with shared custody for 2 reasons 1. I was told by DCF, Guardian ad Litem, and Attorney that all the information and proof I had wasn't good enough. Because it was here say not black and white even though most of it was in black and white. 2. I ran out of money to keep fighting her. (Even though I was told that aside from a private investigator enough was enough see #1)

Well there has been some new things that have happened that are quite disturbing. I am just going to lay out the facts and give you the links to verify them for yourself.

My ex-wife has been arrested twice in the past 2 months both times my children were in there week with her. I have no idea who was with my children taking care of them feeding them giving Ava (who is autistic and epileptic) her medicine. She was arrested for cocaine, oxycodone, and xanax. She has been having a problem with these drugs for many years.

Months before the end of our marriage I tried to have an intervention to get her some help. I think that maybe we were not all on the same page with the magnitude of the problem despite all the information and facts I had.

Basically here I am now HAVING to hire an attorney so that I can get the PPA changed so that I can custody of my children so I know that they are safe and looked after 24/7. This is where I am asking for your help. We have set up an account to try and help raise the money for the attorney's fees so that I can get them home and safe.

I am trying to say all that I need to say without seeming like I am bashing because I AM NOT. I want now what i always wanted for her. Which is for her to get help. Real help. Not just good at covering up her problem so that everyone cannot see it.

Help Our Children We only have a week and a half to get this done. We just want the kids to be safe. I am asking for help desperately. I am paying her half my income in child support and trying to make ends meet to take care of my family. You know I am appreciative for all the help friends and my family have given.
