I am a
business consultant and mentor, social entrepreneur, and founder of Ethical
Value.
I strongly believe that it is
vital for businesses to be fair, authentic, transparent and accountable to
everyone who is impacted by their brand. I feel so passionately about
this because of my own experiences in the corporate world.
By 2009 I took myself out of the business world and sold everything I
owned to re-educated myself, as I was determined to find solutions to stop people being dis-empowered and exploited by uncaring businesses. Can you imagine the abundant talent a company could
attract, and retain, let alone the potential relationships with their consumers if they found more effective ways of caring
for people in more authentic ways?
It is
clear that there is a fear of doing things
differently, but something needs to change now because people matter, you matter!!

Over the past three years Deap has researched and developed avenues to support, rebuild and sustain
trusted relationships with businesses to prevent unethical behaviour. Through collaborating with trusted expertise, Deap has developed a solution to work towards a vision of making a significant
difference to a new global business culture that is based on ethical
values. This will enable and encourage trust to be rebuilt between
businesses and people just like you. The way in which Ethical Value will be transforming business
culture will be through:

- Entrepreneurs
sharing their inspiring stories of challenges and overcoming to motivate
others who are facing similar circumstances
- Sharing
online tools, resources and services to support culture transformation
- Facilitating
conversations, connecting and collaborating to find sustainable solutions

We need your help because this affects everyone. In order to implement the Ethical Value initiative we need to expand
and develop a robust forum to further facilitate access for the global community
of like minded people, this in turn will enable the important conversations and
solution based scenarios to flourish, and Ethical Value will identify, and act upon the
opportunities to help.
The seed funding required to launch this facility is £15,000, which takes into account a certain level of research and development, but the
bulk of the money will be dedicated to establishing and marketing the
stakeholder forum.
When we have reached our target goal we anticipate the
Ethical Value forum will be up and running towards the end of the autumn.
