OUR TEAM
Actor Paul Winston was born and raised in Petaluma. He founded Unbounded Ambition Films (UAF) in 2008 in order to finance the BEST AMERICAN SHORT FILM NOMINEE, Shattered Allegiance. After being turned down from hundreds of auditions, Paul took his career into his own hands and has since become a Producer, Writer and Director.
After leaving a high-level Marketing career in Silicon Valley, Actor/Producer Kevin Schuh came to Sonoma in 2010 from San Francisco. He also acts in this film and provides business leadership to UAF.

UAF has such a close connection to Petaluma and Sonoma County for its picturesque beauty, welcoming community, and vast landscapes that we plan to bring many films to the area to showcase its unique place as a film destination.

Contributors can help us create a magnificent piece of art that not only Petalumans and Sonoma County residents can appreciate, but with our multi-cultural cast and relevant storyline, we feel that everyone can find a character or theme in this film to relate to.
What We Need & What You Get
We need to raise $20,000 dollars in order to complete editing and post-production on Six Feet from the Edge. We have already invested more than $50,000 of our own, friend's, family, and investor's money to put together the crew, cast and shot all the footage for this film.
We are nearing the finish line to get this film into distribution and we need your help. The $20,000 ask will go towards:![]()

Stretch Goals
While $20,000 will get us to our baseline to finish post-production, if we exceed our goal, we have strategies in place to improve the film quality and enhance our distribution plans:

$25,000 - We will have an additional $5,000 to compose our own music and soundtrack versus using something off the shelf.
$30,000 - Allows us to add $5,000 to our budget for marketing and distribution plans.
$35,000 + Any additional funds will be used to hire the best people we can to make the film a success and update our followers with some great extras.
The Impact
Six Feet from the Edge will have a wonderful impact on our community, our cast, and cinema as a whole. An ensemble cast with multiple storylines that touch on different cultures, backgrounds and sexualities, our film is very relatable to a vast audience. It's various themes make it a film with an expansive appeal.
We also believe in giving new actors and crew members a chance to participate in the world of film. So any success of this film will greatly benefit the people that helped put it together with exposure and credibility.
UAF's primary goal is to showcase art in the form of film; additionally, we strive to create marketable material that is sophisticated and high-quality like our previous three films we've produced.

We feel that with our determination and intense passion to persevere, we will live up to fulfill every promise we make. We have overcome many obstacles with our previous films and already with Six Feet from the Edge. We know there will be more to come and we accept the challenges.
Our original budget for this film was $100K and we are on target to complete it well under budget. We are focused on film festivals and the new and exciting distribution channels for film.
