Quality is everything. We have made the Fnatic Gear products to our quality standards, built so they perform and stand the test of time. If at any point in our manufacturing process of Fnatic Gear we feel the products might not meet our quality standards we will not put it out. Simple as that.
This is just the beginning. We're in this for the long run. 100% of revenue from all perks purchased on Indiegogo will be dedicated to the development of new amazing gear to share with you and our players in 2016.

Crowdfunding
What happens to my money in the case that you have not reached your goal by the end of your campaign?
We have already started making these products, so the moment you purchase a perk, you can be certain we will deliver you a product regardless if we reach our goal or not. We chose "flexibile" funding on Indiegogo which means this is not an "all or nothing" campaign.
Why are we on a crowdfunding platform?
Some people have been wondering why we chose to Crowdfund our new venture... Firstly, crowdfunding is very powerful because it allows us to have a close, connected relationship with our customers and community. Something that is often hard if you only go the traditional route which is through big distributors/retailers... It also allows us to charge lower prices, if we can establish this relationship direct to our consumers.
Finally, we're a small company... less than 40 staff, crowdfunding is an opportunity to stay nimble and small, and ultimately allow us to listen to what our community wants more... without having to raise big sums of money from VC’s, we can grow organically with our community.

How do I choose a specific size mouse pad or keyboard?
We will contact you with a follow-up email at the end of the campaign asking for your preference of product options and then once you choose we will ship it out. If we do not hear a response, we will reach out again, after two weeks, we will send you our most popular version of that product.
Wait... How did Fnatic learn how to make hardware?
We started by getting our hands on virtually every other brand's product we could. We particularly loved a lot of things about one company's products. Func Inc was a peripheral manufacture in Sweden. While we loved the design language and build quality of Func's old products, we didn't feel any of products were quite right for Esports aside from their KB-460 Keyboard. We were truly impressed with the design and attention to detail we saw from the guys at Func and knew we wanted to work with them. A few talks, and months later, we officially added Func Inc's team, based out in Sweden, to Fnatic to create Fnatic Gear.
What did the process of product development look like?
We decided to scrap the rest of Func's product designs and start developing everything else from scratch.
We spent months with our players giving feedback on what they wanted in Esports gear. It was an long long long long long process. We spent a ton of time in Asia, evaluating factory partners, working with them to build initial prototypes, testing materials, and countless hours testing and validating our products designs.
Only now, we truly feel we are ready to bring forth the FLICK, RUSH, FOCUS, and BOOST to the community.
Are the products plug & play? Does the FLICK Optical Mouse or RUSH Mechanical Keyboard come with any software?
Yes. While all of our products are plug and play, they come with basic software to change profile settings, LED colors, and macro settings.
Do the products work on both PC & MAC.
Yes, the products work plug and play with both PC and MAC. However, our current software does not support MAC systems. This means currently, MAC users will have limited capability to change settings on the mouse and keyboard. We will be further developing our software to better support MAC users in the near future.
What languages does the RUSH Keyboard come in?
The Fnatic Gear RUSH keyboard is available in US, UK, NORDIC, GERMAN, and FRENCH layouts.
Will you be making a left handed mouse?
This is our initial line-up of products which we’ve kept small and focused, but our plan is to make many more! We’re already in R&D with a few more products, but, unfortunately, a left-handed mouse isn’t one them. We’ll be gauging the community interest during the campaign and after, and look to prioritise new products based off of that.

When will my Fnatic Gear products ship?
Fnatic Gear will begin shipping products in December 2015 at the end of our campaign, on a first-ordered, first-received basis. Our team will keep you notified of your Fnatic Gear ship date.
Where does Fnatic Gear ship from?
All products will be shipped from the UK.
Where does Fnatic Gear ship to?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, EU (all 28 countries), Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, and the rest of the world.
Warranty
What is the warranty?
We provide a 2 year warranty against manufacturer's defects. Free repairs and component replacements will be provided under warranty period for manufacturer's defect. If not in accordance with the instructions of use, human factors, product surface damage, bumps or scratches will not be covered under this warranty.
