ForeverSpin™ tops are Made in Canada, and CNC-machined from one solid piece of metalfor precision and quality. Every spinning top is meticulously checked to ensure that only perfectly balanced tops receive a serial number and carry the ForeverSpin™ seal.

The introduction of the MetalMuseum collection is truly unique, in the sense that everyone really likes to learn, play and experience the different metals.

Holding two identically shaped objects in your hand made out of totally different elements is truly magical. The different weights, colors, and spin properties is a very pure experience that is both educational and fascinating. 

After playing with Tungsten and going back to the Aluminum, it’s absolutely incredible how two solid objects of identical shape can have such different gravitational pull. My little nephew now knows all the metals, and their colors, properties and weights better than most engineering students that have seen the collection for the first time, but not only my nephew, I see so many older people that have never touched Titanium in their lives or even heard of Tungsten and they are equally fascinated.

Before the original Kickstarter campaign started, I spent a very long time studying many spinning tops designs. I decided to go way back to basics to a design dating from 3000 B.C. Our design is inspired from terra cotta ceramic spinners that were found at Troy. 

In our updated 2.0 Version we have worked with many of our previous backers to further refine our design while maintaining its original beauty, simplicity and durability.

We have also consulted with engineers, product designers and spinning Top enthusiasts. After a lot of hard work and dedication we came up with ForeverSpin 2.0

Bigger. Much better ergonomics, easier to spin and a beautiful art piece. We knew that in order to take  ForeverSpin™ to the next  level we had to find the perfect dimensions. We didn’t just increase it randomly we prototyped many different sizes and we settled for the perfect balance. This makes a huge difference now it’s much easier to spin and has a more solid look, feel and increased weight to it. It’s actually very impressive what difference the perfect size can do.

Redesigned Tip. Improved balance, stability and reduced friction. We have made huge improvements on a very crucial part of the spinning top the “tip”. Our goal was to find the perfect curve to achieve the best stability. After  studying tons of different variations “bingo” we narrowed it down to a tip with multiple radiuses in order to create a much better curve. We didn’t stop there we have also improved the precision of our manufacturing to create a very smooth surface on the tip, this highly reduces friction and improves balance.

Refined Proportions. Design is a very important factor for everything we do at ForeverSpin. We studied every single curve, radius, diameter like never before. Our goal was not to change but to refine the design as much as  possible, by finding efficiencies to make the spinning top more elegant, balanced and eventually a better spinning top. One of the areas we paid special attention to is the “spindle”. After the size increased it was finally possible to slightly reduce the diameter of the spindle, thus creating a more elegant and balanced design while removing weight from the center of the top and also increasing the potential for initial rotational speed.

The ForeverBase™ is not only functional but it's also a stunning art piece. It’s the ultimate spinning base for any Spinning Top. It’s made of solid Stainless-Steel and micro polished to perfection to maximize Spin times. The base is engineered with a concave surface to balance your top in the center. At ForeverSpin quality is our way of life. We are perfectionists and we meticulously ensure that every spinning top is manually checked with the latest technology to ensure that only perfectly balanced tops will get a Serial Number, and be allowed to carry the ForeverSpin™ seal. All of our spinning tops are individually packaged. A lot of people are buying extra tops for friends and family as gifts, so our packaging its suited for every occasion. All of our spinning tops are individually packaged, and we will also include a complimentary polishing pad.

Regular shipping is included in your pledge unless it states to add $6 for shipping. Tracked or Insured shipping are extra and highly recommended and can be paid once the campaign finishes. The amount will depend on the weight, value of the reward and destination. 

Unlike other projects we don’t make this fee mandatory. This allows the project to be accessible to budget conscious backers and other countries where tracked shipping can be very expensive. It's up to the backer to decide the level of service and risk they are comfortable with. We believe this is the best method, as it gives the backers a higher degree of control over the shipping options.
