Our Hero

Christopher, a 19 year old street fighter with a checkered past, embarks on a journey to transition from underground, unsanctioned fights, to a disciplined lifestyle as a mixed martial artist. Chris finds salvation in Jamal, a former prize fighter whose career ended tragically to a drunk driver, to not only coach him in the ring, but guide him in the right direction and show him what it takes to become a man. 

Freedom Fighter depicts MMA as the positive alternative means to gang and street violence that is very apparent in our society today. In order to survive and provide for his family, Christopher must use Jamal's training to become the hero he always envisioned he could be.

The Impact

This is our graduating thesis project, and we're hoping it will launch us into the industry and build long-lasting careers. Like every other student project, time and money are essential. But this group is comprised of natural born storytellers, who want to showcase their skills and deliver the most compelling story possible. 

With the benefit of using professional industry equipment, comes the industry costs. Funds raised will ascend this student-project into your new favorite T.V. show. This is the Golden Age of Television where award winning programs are shown on everything from cable, to streaming subscriptions. All 10 of us aspire to be next generation of award winning creators.
