Short Summary of Our Cocktail Haven in Napa Valley

Hi folks!  Here we are wrapping up 2022 and construction has finally begun on Napa's neighborhood bar for the world traveler.  It's been quite a journey to this point and I couldn't be more thrilled by the amazing support that has been shown to me by my local neighbors and cocktail-loving community near and far.  

As we close in on getting the job done,  I am offering this fresh opportunity to bring some really fabulous swag and experiences to you, my supremely swell supporters.

Why The Fink?

Well, it may sound cliché, but I was born to do this!

I am geared for cocktails and hospitality, having founded and lead Napa Valley's cocktail appreciation guild, Friends Of Ardent Mixology (FOAM) for the past 18 years and having been bestowed the title "Mr. Hospitality Napa Valley" by the Napa Valley Vintners. 

Give me three lemons and I will juggle them.

Give me a deck of cards and I will show you a magic trick.

Give me a ukulele, and I will strum you a song.

BUT... put me behind a bar and I will create an experience you will remember for a lifetime!  Superb cocktails and an unforgettable experience that guests will want to repeat again and again. Light bites inspired by world travel add to the experience along with occasional live entertainment. I envision this as the hotel bar for the historic Napa River Inn.

There are things I am good at and then there are things I enjoy. I found this the first time I hosted a week long wine cruise… could I entertain guests every evening for seven nights in a row? Oddly enough, I found myself the last to leave each night, not wanting the evening to end, all while we traveled the world over. I loved being the host, sharing stories, and creating the space where guests from near and far could connect over fine beverages. While sailing the high seas every night would not be conducive to family life, I could create this experience in the Napa Valley, my hometown, where visitors flock from all over the world to experience hospitality. The Fink will combine my love of people and phenomenal cocktails, the latter of which will be crafted by the revered Bay Area Bar Star Mr. Andrew Salazar. Mr. Salazar has designed a menu with a wide array of cocktails in keeping with the theme of world traveler.
