For those who love really precious things we created the special brass series. Each souvenir of this series is made of solid brass and polished to present a golden shine. They are more weighty in hand weighing approximately 150 grams, and look even more premium.

The Creation Process
I have spent the last two years creating the ideal collection from sketching ideas to machining and assembling each souvenir. My goals throughout the process have always been to create a souvenir with the smoothest finish and cleanest lines.
Sketching of Ideas
I started the process with many hand-drawn sketches. I drew a lot of popular architectural attractions and then selected 15 of them for the first collection.

First Pre-Prototypes
The first prototypes were made of plasticine. This enabled me to determine the optimal size of the products.

3D Modeling & Engineering of Drawings
The next step was a long process and involved 3D modeling and the development of engineering drawings.

Production of Samples
In the development process, I experimented with different shapes, materials, and production technologies in order to achieve the ideal proportions and surface quality of the souvenirs.

The two methods that we used to produce the final samples are casting into a gypsum mold and direct CNC machining of metal. Many-axis CNC metal processing is an expensive method, but it allowed us to achieve the highest surface quality and create a unique product in small editions.
To complete the souvenir, I used a laser to engrave the base with the 2D emblem of the city landmark and neodymium magnets to secure the souvenir to the base.
I experimented with different kinds of wood for the base to find the perfect shade, and I tested a number of different magnets to provide a strong, delicate coupling.
The magnets enable the souvenir to be experienced by itself or with the base to create a different type of display.

Jsouv t-shirts collection
Jsouv t-shirts feature the unique, stylish 2D emblems of each city and landmark in the collection. T-shirts are sewn from high-quality, soft fabric (95% cotton, 5% lycra). Male and female sizes range from XS to XXL. T-shirts are made using multi-color silk-screen printing in several layers to create a high saturation of ink that will resist fading even after repeated washing.

The Results From Two Years of Work
The result of the last year is the collection of 15 souvenirs of amazing architectural landmarks.
I have loved the process of discovering Jsouv and now I’m ready to share this collection with people around the world, to reminisce about great travel and to inspire new adventures. Travel is such an important life experience and we all should have the opportunity to do it throughout our lives.

Risks and challenges
We’ve already produced a batch of souvenirs to special order. Initial production allowed us to study the particularities of the technologies we use, and learn through trial and error. Now, we are ready to begin serial production of the souvenirs and make them available for purchase worldwide.
In case of a successful funding campaign, we will continue to add new cities and landmarks to the collection.
