Hey, My name is Kentrell Watkins born and raised in Chattanooga,Tn. I'm a proud father of 8, I have 6 of my own and 2 stepchildren. I'm a Graphic Designer for the City of Chattanooga Youth and Family Development Department. I'm trying to raise funds for my oldest daughter Keniah Watkins as she start on her AAU Basketball journey. Keniah has been playing basketball since she was able to pick up one. I know how much support mean, so I try to do much as possible and be that person I wished I had when I was growing up. I was a victim when it came to lack of support or my mother doing it by her self, so funds wasn't always there. AAU gives the kids a better chance of getting into college unlike a high school just mainly play around the city. It would mean everything in the world to me to see my children succeed. I look back on my life and always say "if i had this, I should've did that" I want to give my kids a chance. Now days in life kids are easily lead the wrong way. Her Fees start at $450 then each tournament can run you anywhere from $300 to $400 depending on how you travel, hotel rooms, food and the cost of the tournament. Tournaments start in February and goes up to September, up to 2 tournaments a month. She will be locked in with this team to 2018. My goal is $4000, you take $350 for each tournament and for 12 tournaments it's a total $4200. And if the goal is not reached the money will still go towards whatever it can pay for. In return of her contributors you will receive a Keniah Watkins AAU highlight tape and a framed autographed picture from Keniah Watkins with thanks to all help support her dream. If your not able to contribute tell a friend or use the indiegogo share tools. Take time to check out her first Highlight tape 2013 as an 8th grader. Keniah was awarded with
All-County followed by All-Tournament. She lead the Wildcats to be
crowned League Champions averaging 15 points a game with a season high
of 24 points. Not to mention, Keniah Watkins is also a Honor Roll
Student. Thanks to everyone!
