Here lies a tale of two young women, who once worked at the same salon, both unique in their own ways came together to realize a bigger dream they share of opening up their own shop.  Enter Lah, a sassy nail and loc technician with a louder than life personality and Cia, an artist who dabbles in anything she can get her hands on and together they make LahCia Studios.

What We Need & What You Get

Our campaign is to help us raise the funds to open up our own studio, free to run things they way we want to and to be ourselves, tattoos, piercings and all and to offer the same for our clients, who we like to call our extended family. The funds will be used for everything, from paint on the walls, to barber chairs, stations, hair products and inventory and all the awesome perks you will receive in exchange for your help!

We are offering some pretty rad perks if you look and scroll over to the right of the screen. We have perks ranging from $5 to $500 with pens, stickers, coffee mugs, tshirts and membership services and lets not forget the grand opening party!

Here are some perks:

The perks shown are in the lower range of perks, that even once the salon is open, we will continue to sell this merchandise in our shop to our clients. The higher end perks include a customized name wood burning, your name on our funders wall, customized drawings, tattoo drawings, service packages, ticket to the grand opening party, discount service cards, discounted memberships, and a complete makeover with a photoshoot included. Make sure to check out all our perks and pick which one is right for you!

This money will help us to create an environment that is different from the average cookie cutter salon. It is not just a salon studio where people are treated like a number, in and out of the chair with no real connection or customer service, it will be a place where a transformation will take place, when a client sits in our chair and feels like family, getting exactly what they ask for no matter how fun or classic their requests can be.

Our Vision

We want to make our motto come true “Where old school soul meets new school style”. We want to fuse the atmosphere and feel of a tattoo shop, barbershop, salon and art studio all in one, where the walls are dripping with character and stories with one of a kind artwork by various artists locally and internationally. No matter your sex, age, orientation, style, preferences; whether you are tattooed, pierced, strange, odd or a normal average joe, you can feel comfortable getting all your beauty needs met with no judgments.

With your contributions, you are not only helping 2 stylists fulfill their dreams, you are helping us to provide for our families in unimaginable ways and breaking free from a typical “job”, and in turn we can give others to be themselves, to love themselves for who they are and be able to express themselves through their style and inner and outer beauty.

Whatever you can contribute, even just $5, every penny helps! If you cannot afford that, it’s ok, all we ask is that you share our campaign with your family and friends. Share it across the universe we call the internet, on whatever social media you are on, or you can also go screaming down the street shouting it to the world, that works too- Just share it!!!
