Herbal medicine is an ancient form of healing that has been used for thousands of years in every culture. "My name is Kate and I am a 22 year old student. I always considered myself healthy, eating right and constantly active. Ironically, I felt tired all the time even when I had 8 hours of sleep, poor circulation in my feet, moderate acne, and my weight fluctuated.

Parasite Cleanse FAQ:

Q: What should I eat during a parasite cleanse?
A: The optimal diet during a parasite cleanse would consist of raw carrots, pumpkin seeds, fibrous vegetables such as broccoli (lightly cooked), low sugar/bitter fruits such as berries, along with complex carbs such as whole grains, pumpkin, squash, and sweet potato. Greasy, fatty, or fried foods should be avoided. It is best to also avoid wheat (gluten), dairy (casein), processed foods, refined sugar, and high sugar fruits.

Listen to your body, as parasites will make you crave the unhealthy foods they need to thrive. Feeding unwise cravings means feeding them. If you can't stop eating something (i.e. chips or cookies), they are most likely the ones getting the nutrition - not you. However, if a certain food can satisfy you without the desire to keep eating after you're full, it was most likely good for you - not them.

The best you can do is eat fresh, lightly cooked organic vegetables, whole grains, fibrous plant foods, seeds, and drink purified water. The water and meat from young coconuts is highly valuable. Cold-pressed cranberry juice (the bitter one, not the one with added sugar; available at most health markets) can help to facilitate your body's detoxification process as well.

Q: Will you see parasites expelled in your stool?
A: Unless you are doing water enemas or checking through your stool carefully, you may not. Many parasites are either too small, or are expelled compacted within your stool. You may see eggs and larvae the most, or orange-red pieces that look like tomato skins or carrots (liver flukes). Don’t be too concerned about whether you see them or not; what matters is how you feel once the unwelcome visitors are gone!
