STRETCH GOAL! $20,000
We hit out goal! Yay! Our new stretch goal is $20,000. If we reach this goal, we will hire an artist to create animations or a VFX artists to take archival photos and bring them to life!
The Film
Live from the Space Stage: A Halyx Story is a documentary about one of Disney’s most fascinating and ridiculous ideas. A rock and roll band full of Star Wars lookalike characters that played underneath Space Mountain at Disneyland for one summer. Through one on one interviews with the band and those working behind the scenes, audiences will learn who this band was and why we have never heard of them until now. Experience the rise and fall of HALYX, complete with never-before-seen photos, concept art, audio, and video recordings.
