Henry G. Sanders (of Oscar-nominated films "Selma" and "Whiplash" and Robert E. on "Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman") is gearing up to make feature film "
Nadine," and would love your support!
The Film
"Nadine" is an urban drama about a troubled teen with two strikes against her. One more and she loses her three year old son. Desperate to change her life, she goes back to her old boxing trainer, Kevin "Tex" Whitehead.
Loyalties are tested and deep scars are given a chance to heal. But not without Kevin's tough love. Will it be enough to win out in the end?
The People
We are assembling a stellar cast and crew, and will keep you updated as more talented folks come on board.

Our Budget
So here's the deal. We're not asking you to help us raise all our production costs.
Our goal is to raise $9,450 to be able to feed cast and crew for 21 days. Here's a cost breakdown of the entire film's costs. Craft services is just a small piece of the pie. But an important part, because peanut butter sandwiches get old after a while.

Save Us From Peanut Butter Sandwiches!
![]()
Don't get us wrong. We like peanut butter sandwiches. But not for 21 straight days. This is where you come in.
Please help us feed the cast and crew.
We're not about crazy special effects and outrageous location shoots. "Nadine" is about keeping it real – telling a story about real life. So we aren't asking for prime rib meals either. Just the minimum to keep our cast and crew nourished and working hard to make the film rock.
Shooting Schedule
We are looking to shoot in Atlanta, GA, in late August or early September. We are currently in the process of securing the rest of the cast, crew, and locations, in addition all the other components that will make this film happen.
Every Dollar Helps
Everyone always says this, but it's true: Every dollar helps. We welcome and appreciate any amount you feel comfortable with. We will, of course, update you on our progress and share news often.
Other Ways You Can Help
We know times may be tough. Even if you can't contribute monetarily, please help us spread the word and share this page on Facebook and Twitter, and anywhere and everywhere else you can.
