Short Summary

My name is Trey Everett. I am an L.A.-based screenwriter.  My short film "No Way in Hell" is a hilarious short about two estranged siblings that are reunited for their father's funeral. I think the idea of two siblings that are polar opposites is hilarious, and really relatable. What better scenario to have clashing family members being themselves than a funeral?

What We Need & What You Get

Here is what we are asking:

Being a short film, we are asking for only $5,000. This will just barely cover the cost of the production: Camera, Equipment, Crew, etc. I am, also, paying the actors out of my own pocket to keep expenses down to a minimum. That stinks for me, haha, but guarantees that every cent you give goes straight to the production!

What do you get? You mean you want more than the satisfaction of contributing to my dream..? Oh, you do? Oh. Well, ok:

• $10: I will, personally, email you a PDF of the script.
• $25: I will send you a PDF copy of the script with a personalized "Special Thanks" on the cover page.
• $50: I will send you private, "Behind the Scenes" footage, along with updates from set, and everything else listed above.
• $100: I will send you a still-photo from set, autographed and personalized by someone working on the set (i.e. Director, Writer, Producer, Actor, etc.), along with everything else listed above.
• $150: You will get a "Special Thanks" in the credits, along with everything else listed above.
• $250: You will get an "Associate Producer" credit, along with everything else listed above.
• $500: The first three will have a character named after them, along with everything else listed above.
• $1000: You will get an "Executive Producer" credit, along with everything else listed above.

If we are unable to raise the complete amount that we are asking for, we will do a thorough analysis on what we have, vs. what we need. Once we refigure our budget, a complete - and thorough - breakdown of our expenses will be personally emailed to every single contributor. I want all of you to know exactly how your money is being sent!

Once completed, "No Way in Hell" will be ruthlessly submitted to every film festival possible. This will be an incredibly fun project to work on, and a project every contributor will be proud to have supported.
