Short Summary

Growing up, I always had a love for animals. My passion for training dogs was unknown until I rescued our labrador-husky mix, Luna. Luna had a variety of behavioral problems, including destructive behavior, separation anxiety, lack of potty training, dominance, and mouthing. I found joy in correcting these behaviors and helping her (and our family) find peace and happiness.

I have always wanted to have a positive impact on the life of other animals and their families, so I left a stable corporate job in order to make my mission come to life. Over a period of time, I began sharpening my training skills.

I am now in a position to start my own business. I recently founded One Love Dog Training, which I hope will bring other dogs and their owners the satisfaction that I have found in the loving, educational relationship with my dog.

What We Need & What You Get

I am asking for $5,000 to assist with start-up fees (mainly training equipment). Allow me to break down the costs for you:

  • Training collars and leashes: I should be able to provide each client with a quality training collar and leash (sized appropriately). The sizes will range from XS-XL (5 total sizes) and will cost anywhere from $60-90 per dog. Each client will be able to keep this equipment so that they can practice skills at home.
  • Bite suit: The average quality bite suit costs $999. These are necessary for personal-protection training, and we will need more than one.
  • Personal training: I would like to receive additional training throughout the process, to further improve my skills and techniques.
  • Company expenses: Uniform shirts, business cards, branding, etc.
As a donator, I would be more than happy to train your dog for free. If you'd like, I will also send you a branded company t-shirt!

The Impact

Your donations will allow me to get this business up and running as soon as possible. I am fully committed to this venture and am confident that it will be nothing short of successful. There is a tremendous demand for these services in every area, particularly where I live in downtown Tampa. I am so grateful for any donation; it means a lot to me that there are people willing to help me make this dream come alive.
