Red Day
What is Red Day?
Introduced in 2009, RED Day, which stands for Renew, Energize and Donate, is Keller Williams Realty's annual day of service. Each year on the second Thursday of May, associates celebrate company founder Mo Anderson's birthday by serving worthy organizations and causes in their communities.
RED Day is just an example of our commitment to each other and to the cities and towns where we live and work.
This year the KW of Lafayette County will attempt to Paint North Mississippi Red for the Arts. We are inviting the community to join us in supporting the Art for Everyone program, which supports educational programs for children and adults, classes, and access to cultural events throughout North Mississippi.
Arts and cultural programs attract tourists, enhance the quality of life, and provide opportunities for all ages to learn. Mississippi has a rich arts tradition of fostering painters, writers, and craftspeople. Last year over 222,000 people attended arts and cultural events in the region. Programs such as Art for Everyone ensure every resident can take part in the arts, offer scholarships for classes for children and adults, and sponsor free community events that enable families to take part in activities together.
The agents of Keller Williams invite you to join us in supporting one of the key organizations that makes the place we call home, a community.
