| ADDITIONAL MODELS: If you have got a
LEVEL 3 or higher at the end of the campaign you will be allowed to add
additional players or perks to your order. This is done since with the
Level 3 pledge you get 16 figures, but both teams have way over 16
pieces available. The Frogs currently have: 23 models increasing. The
Sylvania have 21 models increasing. Each additional model will be an
additional 4$ each and any larger model will be an additional 10$. You
will be able to request them at the end of the campaign when I will
contact you. |
FREE EXTRA REWARD ![]()
I can not promise this but will try as hard as I can to
make it happen. Anyone who has pledged for 65$ or more will get a FREE turn
counter for their team. Same for all Level 3 and above.
As said I can not promise it will happen, due to the holidays I can't reach my
sculptors and get a quote or availability to make this happen. Also we added
several new models and adding more it may delay shipping.
We are already on a tight edge for that, since I didn't expect to have all these
new models done. But I will try as hard as I can.

FROGS
If we reach 1000$ we will be creating a set of 3 frog cheerleader. I am
currently talking to the sculptor who will be doing them.
One of them will be an Indiegogo exclusive miniature, and will be available only
to any one who have pledged for a LEVEL 3 set of Frogs or above.
The other 2 models will be
available as a choice counting as a Type-S choice.
Note: At the end of the campaign all level 3 or above will be able to add as
many Type-S or Type-L miniature to the set, the cost will be based on the pledge
Level.
SILVANIA
As a few have requested the tree woman will be available both with covered or
uncovered breast. The uncovered version will be a Type-LS figure. This uncovered
version will only be done for this Indiegogo campaign, so limited to the
requested number.

THE STORY
The whole story is quite long and boring so I will stay with the latest facts.
For the past years I have received several emails asking where to buy the
original Horned Frogs from Rolljordan.
Well here is your chance to get them, and get them at an amazing price.
WHY THIS INDIEGOGO CAMPAIGN?
The cost of remolding the models to obtain high quality casts is quite
expensive, both the caster and the sculptor already got paid for it. So no
matter how this campaign will go the models will become available to the public
again. The Indiegogo campaign has two major goals, the first one to attract new
customers who where unaware of the existence of this team, and also to partially
help finance the costs involved in this project.

WHAT ADVATAGES YOU GET FROM
THIS?
PRICE
Not only the price will be about 50%+ cheaper then retail, but it includes free
shipping to the US and Europe. (Still looking for some support for Australia, so
it may be added later) This price will be a campaign only price, later they will
go back to normal pricing if we decide to produce more.
METAL
The metal is improved, I will be using high quality white metal. This metal is
quite expensive but also considered the best available on the market. I have
seen it in real and it has very little shrinkage versus other metals used by
other manufacturers, not to mention the quality of the details that will be
obtained.
CASTING
As many have told me, note not my affirmation the original Rolljordan line was
made and rated to be one of the highest casts available on the market. If you
bought Rolljordan models between 2008 and 2009 I am sure the quality was top
notch. In 2010 the caster was changed and the quality according to many for the
Frogs was seriously hurt. Well the good news is that I guarantee to deliver only
top notch products.
NEW MODELS
Yes, depending on the funding there will be also some new models available. I am
working with the sculptor to make some additions. These will mostly be sideline
figures or specials. Looking also to create some unique Indiegogo only models.
Also looking at the masters we have noted some deficiencies in the models,
nothing major, but mainly the way the models where cut, making both assembly and
molding harder.
ADDITIONAL MODELS
Yes, not only the Horned Frogs, we are re launching a few more teams like the
Silvania female elves and a few more that we will unveil later during the
campaign depending on the obtained funding. Same for the Frogs, the sculptor is
working on fixing several issues on the original models. Patrick Keith models
are amazing and so beautiful that will not be touched. But looking closely to
some other models such as the Treeman both me and the sculptor agreed on some
anatomical issues that need to be fixed, also we have noticed some cuts and
floating parts that are very hard to assemble. The sculptor has over 25 years of
experience and I am sure it will do an amazing job. After remolding the Frogs,
he will start on the female elves, this process is a bit more complicated and
time consuming since in some cases we can not operate on the masters.
LIMITED MODELS
Yes, we will probably re-release the Taxi Toad again, it was a limited run, but
later re released by another company with out permission, invalidating their
limited number. This time will be really limited, only 50 more models will be
made available. As it should be the mold destroyed right after number 50 is
made. I want to fully apologize with the people that bought the limited model
that got mad after seeing it re-released, and with the sponsored tournament
organizers who I promised them the limited run of the model. Unfortunately the
re-release of such model was done with out requesting any permission.
The first Limited model available in this campaign is the TAXI Toad, this one is
TYPE-LS.
More new models may come depending on funding.

The new models will be cast from the actual master models to retain all the
details and quality of the originals. (Several people have wrote me complaining
about the quality of the team they bought, just want to make clear that those
models where not made and sold by me, and where obtained not from master models)
The new models wil either match or exceed the first run of Horned Frogs that was
done under my supervision.

TIMELINE:
Both the Horned Frogs and the Silvania teams are expected to be shipped in
February 2014. Talking to the caster this will be done much earlier, but tacking
a bit of time in case some unexpected issues arise. If we unlock other teams in
the Indiegogo campaign these will be mailed by May 2014, again I hope a lot
earlier.
My plan is to have them all mailed by Feb.
CHALLENGES:
The challenges are almost null, I already have all the master models ready. So
the whole project will be down to making the molds and casting the miniatures.
Some models will be made in house in the warehouse we have in Amsterdam and some
other with a caster that we have used for the past 8 years now and always proved
to be in time apart from a few slight delays due to un-expected issues.
SHIPPING:
Pretty simple is FREE for you living in the US and EU. AU and NZ have to add
$8.00 to the total perk for any Level 3 to 5. Level 6 will need to add 12$ to
the total. Yes I will be covering all the rest of the shipping cost. Sorry for
this but shipping to AU and NZ are quite expensive.
I am working to find someone local in the US and AU to handle the shipping for
me, this will avoid the end users any import taxes (yes we will pay for it on
your behalf) this may be a big saving depending on where you are and local laws.
The models will be mailed either from our warehouse in Amsterdam or from Italy,
so anyone living in EU will not be charged any import taxes.
BOXART:
The artist that will paint the box art for these teams will be AXIA of AXIA-FISH
painting studio. He will paint the models at his highest standard, that was
worth several therapies to include a Golden Daemon.
