Hey horror fiends!

My name is Jacob Perrett, and I'd like to share with you some devilish good treats. Okay...maybe I'll relax a but with the Halloween puns.

I've always loved horror movies from the 70's and 80's, ever since I stumbled upon A Nightmare on Elm Street when I was young. There's something magical about the films from the era. What is it? The over-the-top acting? Larger than life villains? It could be a number of things. One thing is clear to me, however.

The genre is dying.

I feel as though it is my duty to preserve this era of horror films. 

ENTER SPINE CHILLER

Spine Chiller is an homage to all your favorite films from the 1970's - 1980's. 

It's late October. The Spine Chiller is an annual Halloween dance with sinister beginnings. Take a trip with us as we delve into four different stories following four individuals who have been invited to this dance...

Who will survive? And what is going on at the Spine Chiller?

BACKGROUND

Last year I wrote and directed my first big feature film titled WEIRD FICTION. It was a big success! Not only did it have a limited theatrical release, but it also go picked up for distribution by WILD EYE RELEASING! 

The point is, you can rest assured in the fact that you're not donating to some guy who's just graduated film school. Fame Cinema doesn't mess around...dude!

WHERE THE MONEY GOES

We're in quite the pickle at the moment. We finished Weird Fiction on our own, the entire film only costing roughly $300! But we want to make Spine Chiller 10x better. Pedal to the metal on gore, creature effects, and whatever is left over will be put towards self distribution fees or theater rental fees.
