Since 2009, all of the projects implemented by
"Most" were oriented
towards local youth and children and have been shaped by one clear mission: providing opportunities and making new generations of active citizens. Together with many volunteers, we have developed numerous local and international youth and environmental projects. Recently, we have started to provide social service in terms of preventive work with children coming from families with different social problems. We help them integrate, regardless of their background, and become aware of their rights and that they are equal, while at the same time we teach them to learn and to respect other people as well as the environment they live in.
In 2013 the team started the initiative to work on youth employment - a burning issue in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 2014 the idea to make a social enterprise and create jobs through establishing a local production facilities and creating a totally new clothing brand came true. Now Funky Guerrilla employs 6 people and has the capacity to grow even more with your support.

How the Guerrilla works
In being a social enterprise we are putting our focus on two main pillars of our work: the first being to keep on maintaining a sustainable and profitable business and the second to use the profits we gain not for our personal good, but to invest in community work and social services that we find extremely important.
When we created Funky Guerrilla, we decided to reinvest the 50% of the profit in the production, which can enable the job opportunities for more people and improve our facility and products, and other 50% in the activities we are carrying on in Most, developing new project or enhancing the ones we already have. In other words, we are trying to face the high level of unemployment that affects BiH and we invest what we get from the business for the good of the community.
What do you do with my money and what do I get?!
#SupportGuerrilla is a campaign with a clear mission: with your support we want to raise 21.000$ to invest in our social enterprise in order to create 3 new permanent job opportunities in Funky Guerrilla production facilities for women coming from the rural area, and with spreading Funky Guerrilla to a wider market in Bosnia and Herzegovina and potentially even beyond.
Consequently, this investment will help us gain a higher income which will again invest in creating even more job opportunities and a stable financial support for our community activities.

We have developed a clear road-map of where we want to go with Funky Guerrilla and the investment we get. We want to provide more job opportunities, we want Funky Guerrilla to spread across Bosnia and Herzegovina, and we go over the top of our goal we will also directly invest in social services we provide.

Yeah, nice. But why should I care?
What comes to your mind when you think about Bosnia? War, ethnic hatreds, poverty? Well, twenty years after the end of the conflict, the idea you have in mind might not be that right. Even though several problems are still affecting our country - primarily unemployment - the Guerrilla decided ages ago to move forward and to invest in the future generations, trying to make things better.
Our Guerrilla doesn’t care about your background, ethnicity or religion. Everybody is welcome.
We believe that diversity is the base for any good social change. The connections we have been able to build between people here are based on solidarity, respect and cooperation, and not on religion, ethnicity or some other reasons politicians like to claim. Regardless of the level of involvement and knowledge you have of the Bosnian context, we can tell you that the most important challenge we’re facing here, right now, is unemployment - and that is why we need your help!

That is also the reason why, two years ago, we decide to set up our own clothing production, Funky Guerrilla. Becoming a social enterprise gave us the opportunity to employ young people from the area and to improve our contribution in local community regarding job creation and to build a completely new brand that would be the carrier of positive rebellion in the community. We employ young women coming from rural areas and, in other words, while we produce our Guerrilla clothes, we work on creating new forms of sociability in our local community.
What the Guerrilla exactly does for the community?
As already stated, we contribute to our community in several ways:
Dnevni centar "Gnijezdo" - the Nest Center
Our nest Center. Here we provide daily assistance and preventive work with children coming from families with different social problems. Since last year we are carrying out a set of well planned activities aimed at strengthening their integrity and awareness, helping them to reach the formal education goals that they deserve and developing their social skills. You can follow the activities of the Nest Center by clicking here.

Local Voluntary Service
Since its establishment "Most" is running the Local Voluntary Service, a network of young people who actively cooperate with other non-governmental organizations and public institutions and are willing to help in making good things happen. All of our volunteers - more than 300 - are enrolled in a database where they are ready to respond to the needs of the local community. So far they have provided voluntary services that reached over 10.000 beneficiaries in the local community.

Budi Muško Klub - Be a Man Club
Be a Man Club is the free space where high school students can freely use their creativity and skills, as well as they are capable to share their thoughts and concerns. It is a regular activity which gives members the opportunity to confront and talk to each other, but more importantly, it is the place where they activate themselves as citizens, working to spread awareness of real life values and learning that violence and destructiveness is a virtue of the weak. Mobility projects
The relation our association has with the world of mobility project goes back to the beginning of our NGO experience. We believe that having an international experience and meeting people from different countries can also change young people for the better. That is the reason why we participated in more than 30 mobility projects sending more than 100 people abroad to share knowledge, experiences, skills and friendship with their peers from all around Europe. We have used the European mobility opportunities to do this and now we are the organization in charge of the ERASMUS+ “Social Entrepreneurship for Social Changes” (2016-2017) project developed together with different organizations from 12 European countries.

A space for non-formal learning
We have created a space where non-formal learning happens on an everyday basis. From guitar and music lessons, language courses, environmental workshops end festivals, to film screenings, exchange of goods, various creative workshops on how to produce and recycle things, etc. You name we had it.
