Just under two years ago Tom Sloboda and myself (Anthony DeMare), both Vancouver film industry professionals, discussed the possibilities of creating a show together based on a mutual love of certain genres (horror, supernatural, sci-fi) and soon gave way to "The Nameless Chronicles". We decided an anthology-based series would allow a diverse range of storytelling opportunities, genres, and perspectives.
The show's theme focuses on the supernatural, while the anthology approach allows far-reaching variations within the genre of each episode. Our series was sculpted for the mature/adult due to its themes and language. A common thread through the series is the enigmatic host, known only as "The Scribe." This character resides in the Eternal Archive, acting as a collector/chronicler of every story ever told... and untold. Every story that has been named, and those that are nameless.
Your support will go towards funding future episodes. A deal is currently in works with a high profile distribution network (Fable and Folly), and our podcast will be viewable shortly on Spotify, Apple Music, and others. While we may see some capital from this distribution, we have no hard numbers and wish to create more episodes now. Funds raised will go towards studio sessions, post audio engineering fees, transportations+honorariums for actors , and other misc fees all related directly to production. Thank you kindly!
