Short Summary

Hello everyone my name is James C. Lewis and I am an Atlanta based Photographer/Visual Artist. My latest photographic collection "The Orisha Experience" will be my very first international exhibit being featured at CRE8 Gallery in London, England. This momentous occasion will kick off on October 24, 2013 and will run until November 1, 2013. To learn more about this great series, please visit my blog at: http://noire3000studios.wordpress.com/2012/10/11/yoruba-african-orishas/. Your contributions will greatly help with travel expense and further promotion of this once in a lifetime opportunity.

What Is Needed

I am currently looking to raise $2500 dollars for my first International excursion to London. As previously stated, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I would greatly appreciate the financial support of every fan/supporter of my work. As previously stated your contributions will go towards my travel expenses as I go abroad and also help with funding the printing of all necessary promotional materials that I will be bringing along with me.

The Impact

This collection is rather ground breaking in that no other visual artist/photographers have endeavored to capture the Orisha in their purest form. The Ifa Tradition was started in Nigeria / Benin, West Africa and I wanted to make sure that each Orisha  embodied their majestic persona. The collection immediately gained international status upon the first Facebook upload. I received phenomenal feedback from around the globe of excited followers who finally got the opportunity to see gods/goddesses depicted in their likeness. Your contributions will help me share my vision with the world on yet another level. Help me bring the dream to full fruition!

Other Ways You Can Help

Although everyone is not able to financially assist in this endeavor, I would greatly appreciate your help in spreading the word to others by sharing this on your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, personal blog or websites. I thank you all in advance for any measure of support given to promote...THE ORISHA EXPERIENCE!
