With an average 84-day lead time, event venues have limited availability, customization, and selection. Booking a location and finding vendors can be a difficult, stressful, and a time-consuming process. For event space owners, there is an estimated 1.5 million vacant lots in the U.S that could be used to generate passive income. The consolidation of customers, vendors, and venues to streamline event reservation, market services, and provide payment protection does not yet exist.
Gap in the Market
Space hosts may not want to lodge people in their home, but lending their backyard for a few hours can bring in extra cash.
Vendors are constantly looking for clients, so why not appear to users right after a space is booked for an event in their area of service?
Booking a venue and hiring vendors should be a stress-free and affordable experience, like instantly calling an Uber or reserving an Airbnb.
The Quick Space is designed to connect and benefit all parties involved in the event industry, with a single on-demand platform. As a marketplace business model, revenue will be earned through commission on each transaction and membership fees.
Post-pandemic
The world was locked up for quite some time and we are starting to see in-person interaction boom post-restriction. The Quick Space aims to bring the celebration of life and the warmth of togetherness back. With a waiting list, community beta testing underway, and product launch in July 2022, we are strategically positioned to capitalize on overdue & rescheduled events. This will help vendors and space hosts bounce back, start generating revenue & enable customers to plan events within budget.
