We're chasing our movie-making dreams and want you to come along on the adventure! After one cross country move, two kids and three years of being married, we are making the film that we've been dreaming of.
Fantastical worlds, a shadowy villain, and a marriage to redeem; this is short film of epic proportions, delivering a novel structure and transcendent themes.
The Story
Arthur cares for his wife Mercy in the aftermath of an accident that destroyed her memory. In an effort to stimulate her mind, Arthur tells wild stories about the mysterious scar on his chest, which appeared the same day Mercy lost her memory.
His tall-tales take Mercy, and the audience, to a sword fight with a samurai warrior; a gunfight in the Old West; an escape from pirates on the Mediterranean Sea. The setting is always different, but hints of the true story are woven within, hoping to remain hidden within these fantasy worlds.
The Budget
$5,788 is the bare minimum that we can make this movie for. We've budgeted it down to the dollar so that everybody knows where these resources need to go!
