Currently, we are writing for our
next album DNA and putting the finishing touches on our
first ever acoustic album: The Acoustic Collection. Our last album,
Reborn, hit #1 on the iTunes Rock Chart, and it was all because of you! We are so unbelievably fortunate
to be able to say that we are still making music over a decade into our career.
For the next phase of TRAPT, we want you all to be intimately involved in helping
us make the new album. With your contributions to this campaign, you will be personally
involved in the production and promotion of DNA. After all of your unconditional love and support, we wanted to
figure out the best way to honor YOU.
To do that, we’ve decided to stay independent and be confident that we are
giving our fans our very best work.

Every perk level includes Exclusive Access to our Listening Room.
The Listening Room is a backer-only site that will be providing premiere
content as the album is made. This means that you’ll be able to see
behind-the-scenes footage from the studio, have the opportunity to hear new vocal,
guitar, bass and drum parts of unreleased songs, and even gain listening access to
new mixes of songs as we complete them! We want to provide transparency throughout the
recording process, and this site will allow us to do just that.

Like we mentioned above, we are putting
the finishing touches on our first
ever
acoustic album. This will feature some of your favorite TRAPT songs, stripped
down to their most intimate form. Backers will be receiving this album in
SEPTEMBER. Essentially, as soon as we complete leg one of the Self-Titled Tour,
we’ll be mastering these tracks and sending them to you. You’ll be the very
first fans to get your hands on this album –
weeks before anyone else.

How
do I choose a tour date if I purchase a VIP Tour Package?
- We will email you at the
address you used to create your Indiegogo account to coordinate.
Are
there an unlimited number of VIP Tour Packages per date?
- No. There will be 8 Gold
Level Packages available per show and 5 Platinum Packages available per show. This will be first come, first
served. If the only date you can attend is filled, this can be held over
until the next leg of the tour.
How
will I receive digital downloads?
- You will receive an email at
the address you used to create your Indiegogo account with a link to
download the album(s) when they are ready.
How do I choose my shirt size?
- We will be contacting you for your size once the campaign has ended. If you've ordered a VIP Tour Package, you'll be able to choose your size at the show.
Are there two different t-shirts?
- Yes. VIP Tour Packages will include a Self-Titled Tour Shirt. All other bundles will include a Limited Edition Backer T-Shirt that will ONLY be printed for backers of this campaign. If you purchase a VIP Tour Package and want a Backer-Only T-Shirt, please select the Backer-Only ADD-ON Shirt as well. *If you added $25 to your VIP Tour Package order & messaged us about it already, don't worry! We have it noted!*
How
do I access the Listening Room?
- You will receive an email at
the address you used to create your Indiegogo account with a link to set
up your Listening Room account when the site goes live.
Can
I choose what name to put in the Liner Notes of DNA?
- Yes. We will email you for a
name to be used in the Liner Notes.
How
do I tell you which song I want on the Handwritten Lyric Sheet?
- We will email you to
coordinate a song and how to personalize it. IF you want to wait until the
next album is complete to choose a song, this is also an option.
Can
I start using the Lifetime Laminate on the Self-Titled Tour?
- Yes. However, the actual
laminate is not yet available. We will coordinate with you to ensure you
are on the guest list in the meantime.
How
do I choose which jacket or vest I want?
- We will send you an email,
in the order we receive the purchase, for you to pick your perk.
Do
you ship internationally?
- Absolutely. Just add $10 for
shipping.
I pre-ordered Reborn and just backed the new campaign. What's the deal with the free ticket?
- All you have to do is forward a copy of your DNA order to traptbackers@gmail.com and note which show you'd like to attend. We'll cross reference the email you use to the list of emails we have of Reborn pre-orders. If you're using a different email address, please let us know which email address was used to pre-order Reborn.
