What is TREATERS?
Treaters is a fun horror feature film written by Zane Hershberger and Sable Griedel. Inspired by the faux trailer showcased in the horror anthology 10/31: Part II, Treaters is brought to you by the same team that created the newly released 80's indie action thriller, Force to Fear.
A group of legend trippers and a local horror hostess head out on a Halloween night adventure to boost their fan bases. Unbeknownst to them, a few wrong turns and an old town legend send them straight into the clutches of pure evil. Who will survive this night of terror?
Meet the Creators
After working together on the indie film scene since 2013, Zane Hershberger and Sable Griedel have finally made their partnership official by establishing the Silver Springs Films production company.

Zane Hershberger is a fan of films in general, but especially films in the horror genre. He has worked on 5 feature films in the past several years and has been accumulating a wealth of knowledge and experience with each project. Zane really wanted to make this faux trailer idea into a more elaborate feature that will entertain and hopefully send shivers up your spines!

Sable Griedel has been acting in indie film projects for around 8 years, as well as taking on several behind-the-scenes roles as well. This will be Sable's first directorial debut, and she's excited to share the project with Zane. Funny enough, Sable didn't think the faux trailer could be written into the awesome feature that will hopefully be presented to you in the not too distant future. However, Sable and Zane managed to write a fun, gory tale that you won't want to miss!
As a production company still in its infancy, Silver Springs Films wants to bring the horror and indie community higher quality entertainment. This can't be done without your help, and we appreciate any you can give. We know it can feel like "just another crowdfunding campaign" but we hope that you will take a chance on us and see what we can do. With Force to Fear out on blu-ray as our first feature film and a testament that we finish what we start, we believe we can make something even better together!

Hi, I'm Simon Lustenberger from Lucerne, Switzerland. I've always been a big fan of horror and action films, especially those from the 80s. For me movies always have to be fun, and that`s exactly what drew me to this project! When Zane showed me the concept of TREATERS, I knew straight away that I had to be part of the project.
Do you like horror films with a good dose of humor? Then this is the right movie for you!

After rigorously combing through the script, we're asking for $25,000 to bring this project to life.
30% - Special FX and Creature Design (yay monsters!)
20% - Cast and Crew pay (except to Zane and Sable)
20% - Costumes and props
20% - Post-production Work (editing, visual effects, sound design, etc.)
10% - Food and Supplies (We need food to live!)
