The Goal.
To be in one store in each of the 50 states in the U.S., and each of the 10 provinces and 3 territories in Canada by the end of next year. Right now, I need the capital to print a full run of my cards, and with minimums for off-set printing, the cost is currently out of my reach. And without enough stock, I couldn't even begin to start filling all those orders!
What dani press is asking.
To help raise $10,000.
The money would significantly help me promote my material to brick & mortar stores all over the map, photograph and print new designs, get my catalogues out there, and aid in a million other things that a business needs. But the bulk of it would go to simply printing my cards, to make my product.
With increased influence and a wider audience, I would be able to spread the word even further about the incredible non-profit that I give 10% of dani press profits to, These Numbers Have Faces (www.thesenumbers.org). They provide leadership loans to over 300 university students in impoverished communities in Rwanda, South Africa, Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

A Little Bit of History
The "We Love Letters" Campaign started way before today.
I started dani press in my neighbourhood coffee shop nearly four years ago in Vancouver, Canada after spending years eagerly pushing away from the shore in search of wild adventure, through over twenty countries, from Kenya to New Zealand, Panama to Holland, Malawi to Indonesia.
These experiences gave me something I had always been looking for - something to contribute in a way only I could. With my own particular way with words, a keen little eye for photography, and an ardent desire to find more inspiring, concise, relatable greeting cards in the aisles of my favourite shops, I started stepping into the stationery industry.
I knew there had to be other like-minded stationery fans hunting for the same thing I was – cards that could get a tear going in your eye, cards you’d want to give a dude, cards you’d hesitate to give away. Cards that were motivating and beautiful and aided our collective need to tell people we love exactly how we feel about them. I went about creating exactly that, for us.
But it isn't as easy as signing up for a business number, quitting your day job and sleeping in. Being your own boss is the definition of hustle. You know those football practice car tire obstacles players have to run through? Yeah. That's my life. Everyday. But swap the tires for airmail.
It's hard, it's uphill, it's where I need your help.
Other Ways You Can HelpIf you can't contribute anything financially, your word of mouth is incredibly valuable and if you know your community could
rally
some support, please spread the word! It's so easy!
