You know Ray Parker Jr. as the artist who wrote and recorded Ghostbusters, but what you don't know his his back story and what it took for him to get there. From the streets of Detroit to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Parkers journey is one you won't believe.

Funding will go into production of getting this film made, from the crew, music licenses, travel, post productions and the way to the film festivals

Why this film needs to be made:

By getting this film made we will be able to cement Ray Parker Jr.'s story for future generations to come.  I have gained Ray's trust to tell his story properly and with integrity. I have made several award winning films and I have to say, this one is the one I am most excited about making!

I'm also very excited to announce we are shooting this on FILM! Its going to look beautiful and equally just important I will be mixing the sound at Skywalker Sound, its important to me that this film sound and good as it looks! 

Risks & Challenges

The only risk I see is NOT doing this film.. Of course there will be a few bumps in the road, but nothing we can't overcome.
