Who We Are

Rev. Rodney Anderson is the first owner. He was previously employed as a pest control technician for another company. He saw how they used cheap,ineffective exterminating products on customers homes to increase their profits. His desire to give customers better service is what motivated him to start World Class Pest Management, LLC. My name is Charlene Anderson. I am Rev. Anderson's wife and business partner. My background is in project management, customer service and sales which makes us a perfect match.

The name, World Class Pest Management, was chosen by me. When my husband told me about what other pest control companies were doing I was shocked. I chose to look at things from the view of a consumer. I know that if I were to purchase a pest control service package for my home I would expect the treatment to work. I wouldn't want to be locked into a service contract being forced to pay for something that was ineffective. That's where the name, World Class, came from. It is defined as being among the best in the world. That's the kind of service every customer will receive from us.

Our Goal is for 100% Customer Satisfaction

This campaign is important to us because it will allow us to get our business up and running. Although we already have our business license we are in need of funding to purchase equipment and supplies. Every dollar contributed will allow us to get one step closer to opening the doors of World Class Pest Management to the Chicago land area.

What We Need and What You Get

We are seeking $50,000. A majority of it will go to purchasing exterminating equipment. This includes a pest control truck, pump sprayers and a heating machine for the treatment of bedbugs. We'll also use it to purchase quality pest control products that will provide our clients with residual protection. A small portion will be used to build our website and advertise our services.

For our backers in the Chicago land area we are offering our Professional World Class Pest Control Service in exchange for your support. We have three packages to choose from: Our World Class Homeowner Silver, Gold or Platinum package. Choose the package that best suits your needs today!

Every one of our backers is important to us. We know that without your help none of this would ever be possible. Because of that everyone who makes a donation, whether large or small, will receive a reward.

The Impact

This campaign means more to us than what we could ever sum up in words. It's about more than getting our business off the ground. It's about us beginning the next chapter of our lives. It proves that giving up is not an option for us. We believe that when a door gets slammed in your face just keep knocking until the right one opens. We know that if we are given the chance to get this business up and running we will be a benefit to our customers and our local community by being able to provide quality pest management at an affordable price. Other options that are currently available are companies that use ineffective products and others that are priced so high that many homeowners are not able to afford them. Our service is not only cost efficient but most importantly, it works.That's what sets us apart.

Risks & Challenges

We know that there are some risks associated with this venture. One of them is competition. There are several big name competitors in this space that have been in business for many years. We read reviews submitted by our competitors customers and found that many of them were dissatisfied with the high prices and also complained of bad customer service. My husband and I have both worked several years in retail and are more than knowledgeable about how to provide exceptional service. We know that since we are unable to beat our competitors with name recognition, we will beat them by providing better service and in turn producing satisfied customers. We also will be priced below our competition.
