Calling all Fidos, Charlies, and Lunas. OK, humans, too. Anytime Puppy Playground is officially underway!!! This re-inventive indoor dog park will be located south of the river, nestled in the wonderful city of Apple Valley, Minnesota. Our Story

As dog owners, we truly do know how important it is to provide your furry friend with physical and mental stimulation. Doggos need playtime and socialization, but some may need to find a safe space to do those activities. Their humans may live in condos, apartments, or the doghouse doesn’t have a fenced yard. What do you do and where do you go to get that off-leash exercise? There are only so many times snuffle mats, Kongs, or puzzles can be used before you must brave the outdoors.

And as hearty Minnesotans, we can attest to the harsh winters, the seemingly endless days of spring rain, or the sometimes off the chart summer humidity, and yet, our doggos still need a walk, run, or stroll. When it’s raining like cats are pelting from the sky, we adorn our best rainproof gear and trudge out into the elements. When it’s triple digits and feels like your face will melt off, Bella still needs that walk, so you grab your flashlight and check your watch. Yes, it does indeed say: 2 a.m. Finally, when twenty inches of snow falls, Elsie must get exercise. So, bundling like the artic yeti, we go for our walk; I mean, the "penguin waddle". Does this all sound familiar? We understand because we have two huskies who fall into this last scenario and love the cold and snow much more than their paw-rents do.

Not everyone can afford boarding and daycare. Not everyone wants to go to an outdoor doggie park because maybe they’ve had a bad experience. Better dog owners will come to our facility since it’s not free. Being a paid membership community draws in a higher clientele and be a little more elite feeling. You can still go to most restaurant patios who allow dogs but they must be on-leash. Some breweries and wineries also allow Fido, but again must be on a leash. What if there was a large climate-controlled indoor park facility in Dakota County? Could it be open when I wanted to go? Maybe I could squeeze a quick playtime before I go to work? Would the off-leash facility be open at midnight when work ends?

The Details

Opening. Anytime Puppy Playground plans to open in the Spring of 2024. Any social fundraising will be put toward the indoor space by filling it with agility items, state of the art technology, and being the best and largest indoor park around. Our plan is to be open 24/7/365, so you and your puppers can come when it’s convenient for you, when you want.

Memberships. Each member will download an App to access the Playground. Membership options will be available as Monthly or Annually. We also will have 1-Time Passes. All memberships and single day passes will be purchased online only. There will be limited quantities for Lifetime Memberships available to purchase.

Clean up. We will be a self-use, self-cleaning facility. That means, you need to pick up after yourself and Max before you leave. Bags, receptacles, cleaner and brooms/mops will be available throughout the Playground. Each day or night, staff will deep clean and sanitize the entire facility.
