Café Santana Roasting Company

Hi! We're Café Santana, a coffee roasting company based out of Oakland, California. Our family company specializes in 100% hand roasted coffee beans, headed up by roast-master extraordinaire, Richard Santana. You can find us brewing up fresh coffee and roasting on the spot every Sunday at the Jack London Square Farmers' Market. As amazing as it is to share our product there, we've always wanted to have a place where we could provide our community with delicious coffee seven days a week. 

We've recently been able to find a space to bring our coffee to the community. It's a great building in the historic Laurel District of Oakland. However, in order to open up, the building needs a makeover of repair and renovation to bring this to fruition. 

By helping us through your contributions, you not only help support small local business but also bring us closer to making a dream become a reality.

Our plans & your perks

As great of a location as this is, the building we've chosen does have history and as such it needs to be rejuvenated. And that's where you come in.

Though we plan on doing as much as we can on our own, your contributions go towards new windows, flooring, paint, plumbing, lighting, furnishings, & equipment.

We'd love to make it to our goal. However, even if that isn't met, please know that what is raised will fully go into the renewal of the cafe space. The entire point of this campaign is to help bring our cafe up to a level that our community deserves.

Our storefront cafe

Opening a storefront can be a challenging venture but we believe in our company. The coffee we make as well as the awesome customer service that we strive for give us confidence that we can transition our already great market business into a shop that people can enjoy all week long. It's long been a dream for us to move forward on this plan and now with your help we can continue serving the great people of the East Bay and beyond.

If you're in the Bay Area and find yourself in Oakland, please visit us at Jack London Square's Farmers' Market. We're there every Sunday, roasting and brewing onsite, from 9 am until 2 pm. Try our coffee and find out firsthand how much love and care we put into our product.
