Meet CAFE ZURI!

                  

We're a small, community-oriented European cafe located in West Denver's most vibrant neighborhood. We opened Cafe Zuri in October of 2012 with a goal to create a neighborhoods gathering place where locals and visitors could meet to enjoy nice conversation.  European pastries, delicious coffee, and company of very friendly baristas. Recently we have added specially selected liqueur, beer, and wine. Three years later, we've created something that was missing in Northwest  Denver — European-style cafe in the heart of the city.

We are raising money!

We need to build a permanent cover for our patio and replace our outdated display cases with newer more efficient ones. 

Cafe Zuri has five tables in our cozy indoor space. During the summer months, our patio is a hub for community and conversation. We want to continue serving the neighborhood during the winter months, so we need a bit more space.

Once we construct our covered patio, we'll be able to offer four more tables even on cold days — almost doubling our space and our capacity for events and service.

Any additional raised funds will be used for improvements of our Cafe Zuri.

Our time frame.

The display cases will be immediately purchased after the end of the fundraising. 

With your support, we should be able to finish construction on the patio within a month of receiving the funding. We hope to have our new space ready and running for winter 2016 and years to come.

Who are we?

Marianne is a Swiss lady who decided 8 years ago to change her life and moved to Colorado. After her arrival in the U.S. she decided to follow her heart of an artist and started and finished her college with a BFA. 

Tomas left Czechoslovakia as a teenager and after wondering around Western Europe for a while he arrived in the U.S. almost three decades ago.

Dominique is a beautiful 3 year young girl, a true citizen of the world mastering 3 different languages and always making sure that Marianne and Tomas understand that she is the one in charge.
