SHH! It's a SURPRISE!

Welcoming Baby Delilah to our lives!

Hi Everyone, 

As we all know, Angela is expecting her second (but just as wonderful) daughter in the next few weeks. She has been working so hard the past few months raising Charleigh, pursuing her photography career (and rocking it,) finishing her degree, working to help support her and Marv's little family, and kicking major butt- all while being pregnant. Marv has been a wonderful support for her, too, and their family is ready for their new arrival in Milwaukee. Of course, with these times of new baby, new career ventures, new-ish marriage, I think it would be best to help them out somehow. I know Angela wanted a small celebration to bring Marv's family in on the fun, and celebrate this new little lady making her arrival shortly, but it just wasn't easy to coordinate family and friends in Florida, Illinois, Wisconsin, and even Hawaii! 

An online baby shower? Who ever heard of such a thing?

Since we have people all over the place and no real way of getting everyone together, I figured we could at least get together online (like all crazy kids these days) and all contribute a little bit of what we have so that Angela can have more time off to enjoy her second round of new-mommy time and not worry about finances for a little while. 

If you'd like to send presents, that's fine, too, but Angela is completely loaded up with stuff from Charleigh and enough baby clothes to last through the year 2050. At this point, the expenses of a new baby (diapers, wipes, formula, pacifiers, other things you can't re-use) far outweigh the need for toys or picture frames. 

Let me know if you'd like to send something straight to me and I'll make sure it gets to her! 

What We Need

So, I'd like to present Angela with the money all-together in an I-can't-wait-for-her-to-cry-good-tears, huge-surprise-before-baby moment.

When you decide to contribute, please share a small note of advice or inspiration for Angela in being a second time mom, Marv in figuring out a household with 3 ladies, Charleigh to accept her new friend, or Delilah in her arrival to this crazy, fun world. I'm going to include all of the contributors names and messages in a small book for her to cherish forever. You know Angela; she will cherish the heck out of that.

I honestly think this is going to be the best surprise for her.

Angela and Marv can use all the help we can give them. I set the "limit" at $1000 because I'm confident we can get there. Past that, we can keep going. It doesn't stop just because we reach our goal.
