CORPUS CHRISTI CROSS PROJECT
The Corpus Christi Cross Project groundbreaking was held on January 31, 2016, with local and federal elected officials in attendance. Since then, the Project has received national coverage from Fox News, TRUNEWS, USA Today, The Houston Chronicle, Christian Today, Christian Post, News Max and many others.
The Cross, once built, will be the largest Cross in the Western Hemisphere, standing 230 foot tall. At the base of the cross will be a baptismal where all those of Christian faith can come and be baptized at the foot of the cross.
A lawsuit has been filed because the city leaders attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Cross, and Pastor Milby the originator, is also being sued.
A nationally recognized law firm, First Liberty Institute, which specializes in religious liberty cases, has agreed to represent the Corpus Christi Cross Project pro bono.
Pastor Milby states that in 1962, the US Supreme removed the Bible and Prayer from our Public Schools after 186 years of precedence, the Bible being our first text book. Since then, America has lost its way, straying further away from our Christian foundation. Our nation’s Capitol is bathed with scriptures and Christian quotes by our Founding Fathers on monuments and federal buildings. We need these reminders of our great Christian heritage.
ND2NO Network Corporation, corporate based out of San Antonio, Texas, a leader in the technology and fundraising markets across America, has signed an exclusive agreement to direct and lead this worthy fundraising campaign.
ND2NO states that it is imperative, as a community in the City of Corpus Christi (which in Latin translates - “Body of Christ”) that we as Christians unite together to complete this project. As an advanced technology provider and national campaign fundraiser, we are also asking all Americans to join us in this cause.
TOGETHER WE CAN RAISE THIS CROSS and TOGETHER WE WILL!
