Last time we did a fundraiser, we were primarily focused on ONE production, Dreadnought Dominion. With the funds we received, we were able to not only make multiple productions, but launch not one, but TWO spin-off productions, Project Runabout and Warbird Valdore.
We've been making Dreadnought Dominion since 2014 and have to date, nineteen completed projects, with one still in post production. I am joined by a very dedicated group of individuals who give their time, energy, and talents. They help me pull off what may look to be easy, but is in fact one of the hardest, and most rewarding, endeavors, making fan produced Star Trek.
We've proven that we know how to make fan films, have fun doing it, and make it fun for you to watch them.
Over the last TEN YEARS we’ve only done our one fundraiser, which was in 2021, and then self funded for the next two years. The impact of a viewer helping our production is not only humbling, but demands we continue to excel and aim higher in our endeavors. Like every production, we strive to bring you something new and exciting. We’ve always gone big or just went home. THIS endeavor is no different.
What we have planned is an epic crossover of all three of our productions, and release them in mid 2024. The crossover story will start in Project Runabout, continue into Warbird Valdore, then a BIG FINISH with Dreadnought Dominion. Three entirely separate adventures, different productions, connected by a story thread, all-together, an epic journey!

Project Runabout will be filmed at our Ohio home built Runabout Studio that was 100% self funded. We will then be taking the adventure outdoors, on location at Ohio’s Hocking Hills National State Park for some truly breathtaking scenery. We are excited to push the boundaries of this show about a little ship which carries a big stick…er… phaser bank!

Warbird Valdore will once again be shot at the Neutral Zone Studios and will see the return of our Romulan “heroes”. We love our Romulan Commander and crew, and I hope you will enjoy watching them chew up the scenes in how good they are being bad!
Finally, the BIG FINISH as Dreadnought Dominion journeys to where we’ve gone a few times before, the MIRROR UNIVERSE!. Also filmed at the awesome sets of the Neutral Zone, we will get to see MORE of the evil counterparts as someone from the Prime Universe gets trapped aboard the ISS DOMINION. We’ve got a GREAT DEAL planned for this epic finale, and as we LOVE keeping surprises to premiere nights, you will just have to join us to see what we have in store!

We have had some of the most interesting locations at which to shoot.. Foremost is the place that most of the magic happens, the STUDIO.. We film at The Neutral Zone Studios, in Kingsland, GA. This is a lovingly created, near perfect replica of the studio used by the original series back in the 60's.. It looks just like what they had on the original show. While the studio can't make money off of the groups of fans who film there, we still need to help keep the lights on. We help pay for utilities, wear and tear on the studio lights, upkeep on the sets, and of course, to pay for the studio workers' time in helping us shoot our productions.
The Neutral Zone has been the USS DOMINION as well as other Federation Starships. For Warbird Valdore, we even transformed the studio into a ROMULAN WARBIRD. We REALLY get our money's worth when we rent the studio.

In addition to the studio, we use Green Screen studios to portray impossible to duplicate sets like a lifeless moon surface, or the shuttlecraft bay of the DOMINION. We also shot aboard a WWII Aircraft Carrier for a time travel episode.

Whatever the venue, we take advantage of all the shots we can make in order to bring you an entertaining production.

Costumes!.. We SO need to make our actors look the part!. We use several sources to get our actors into character for the shows and we try to make them look as accurate as what you have seen on the show. Not only the costumes, but alterations, rank braid, patches, and logos. We TRY really hard to make everyone look FABULOUS.
One thing that we can state with confidence, is that Dominion Media has a proven track record with productions. We have to date nineteen completed productions released. Our shooting schedule now includes our THREE web-series. Schedules are somehow worked out, folks make the journey, costumes are fitted, and props are constructed. We all gather to film, and we make assurances that our footage is saved, backed up, with several copies existing with different people before we leave the shooting venue. Editing is done by the two Executive Producers and within a few months, we have a production READY for distribution on YouTube. While we still have challenges, this great group of people who make our show, just seem to OVERCOME them each and every time. What is the risk in donating? Well, we can't think of many. We advertise just what you have seen over the years, STAR TREK FAN FILMS made BY FANS with our attention to detail, our love of the show, and our drive to deliver better and better each time.

We want to thank you for your donations in the past, and hope you can help us now for the future. Making Dreadnought Dominion, Project Runabout, and now Warbird Valdore has been one of the most enjoyable things that we have done over the years. There is a lot of sweat and tears that go into making a production, but its ALLLLL worth it when we upload to YouTube for the public to view what we have made. Your comments and encouragement are what drive us to do better each time we get together. For THAT, we THANK YOU!
