I've been writing songs for over a decade,
and I'm finally creating my debut album!
In realizing this dream of mine, I have pushed through fear and resistance. I'm ready to bring my first collection of songs out into the world.
My music has been described as ethereal neo-folk, with echoes of the Bulgarian Women's Choir, Appalachia, Joni Mitchell and Cat Power. Or, as John Burdick of the Hudson Valley Almanac describes it, "a progressive, world-accented folk sound with unpredictable harmonic and melodic turns and an other-worldly quality, like the folk music of an unknown dimension."

What We Need & Why
The money raised from this campaign will go towards recording, mixing and mastering the album, as well as paying the musicians who play with me, like the satin voiced Katy Kondrat and the magical Jackie Timberlake on viola. It'll also go towards creating physical copies of the album, album art, and merch (like T-shirts), as well as promotion of the album, and even a music video or 2!
This album is going to be made *no matter what.* However, the finishing touches that will help me to promote this album to a larger audience and expand my production of the album, like album art, music videos, musical collaborations and fun merch-y items, are going to be enhanced as I raise more money.
