What is Pour Generously?
Pour Generously is a wine club that benefits charity with every purchase. Our founding team (Greg, Ian, Jonathan and Matt!) have over 50 years of experience in the industry and wanted to do something fun with that experience and decided to give our profits to charity.

WE GIVE A BUNCH OF $ TO CHARITY!
Four times a year, we try a few hundred wines and narrow it to three lesser-known, PHENOMENAL wines (all with a 90+ pt rating) and ship them to our members, with HALF OF THE PROFITS of each purchase benefitting a partner charity. So far, we are only shipping in Washington and Oregon, but with this Indiegogo Campaign, we will take the idea to the entire wine-shipping country (see below if that means you!) and benefit charities of all types in all areas.
WITH THE WINE WE ARE ALREADY DRINKING, WE CAN MAKE A HUGE IMPACT ON AMAZING CHARITIES! We need $25,000 to expand our licenses nationwide (or close to it) which enables us to benefit charities all over the US and donate about $4000 to the Ben Towne Foundation. (Our budget indicates that with that donation and those licenses, we'll have enough left over for the four founders to split a bottle of wine in celebration--and we'll toast you for helping out!)
The Impact (why #itisgoodtogive)
The fun of the wine and food revolution going on in America is the expansion of our palates and world view. A year's membership with us introduces you to twelve new, incredible wines and benefits an incredible charity. But even with one trial shipment, three special bottles of special occasion wine, you can make a tremendous impact.
The Hard Part
Wine is a delicious, celebratory way for us to give back to charity...but it is really hard to ship. Each state has its own laws for shipping (and its own laws on how we partner with charities.) This takes money that we don't have...thus the campaign.
Unfortunately, there are states whose laws prevent us from shipping. Therefore--ANYONE can support us, but we can only redeem vouchers for shipments in: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CN, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, KS, MA, MI, MN, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
