Join us in creating the eighth, full-length Ghoultown album. This campaign, with your help, will allow us to continue making totally independent music, and bring you what we believe will be the ultimate Ghoultown release. Ghoultown has built a worldwide fanbase since the band’s inception in 1999 and has always delivered a sound that is distinctive and original. With Curse of Eldorado, the band will offer a new batch of songs that expands the sound to new levels while delivering our time-tested brand of upbeat rock, horrorpunk, western dirges, and gunslinging anthems. This campaign puts control in your hands, not only to fund the critical elements of recording and production, but to decide what formats YOU want.

Curse of Eldorado will contain 13 songs and feature remakes of two Ghoultown classics! It will be engineered and produced by Alex Gerst, the producer behind our previous album Ghost of the Southern Son.
If this campaign is successful, we will complete Curse of Eldorado and release in late October 2020. Join the posse and help us make the new album a reality!

What We Need and What You Get
The production of a quality album requires a significant amount of investment. We are completely DIY with no label or outside help, so we depend on our fans and backers to support this effort.
Funds will be used to cover the following costs:
- Recording time at the studio
- Album mastering
- Payment to the cover artist
- Payment to the graphic designer for packaging layouts
- Production of compact discs
- Production of vinyl LPs
- Production of a music video to help promote the album
Along with your choice of compact disc or vinyl, we’ve created some special merch for our backers including:

Other rewards include our working notes from the studio, guitar picks, drums heads, and other items used during the actual album recording, a copy of the vinyl test pressing, and a listening party with the band at the studio! You can also choose to have YOUR NAME included on the liner notes, which will certainly be something to show your friends and family! If you want to truly stand beside us on the front line, choose the Executive Producer credit.
If we do not reach our goal for funding all aspects of the album, we will refund any backing levels that cannot be fulfilled (such as options for the vinyl LP if we cannot afford the minimum vinyl order at the manufacturer). So be sure to enlist all Ghoultown fans, and beyond, to support these efforts!
Why Back Us?
Your contribution is extremely important, and will ultimately determine if the album will be produced and released in all forms (cd, vinyl, etc.) The music industry has been hit due to the worldwide pandemic and Ghoultown has not been immune to this. We have no label or outside help, so we need you to help us overcome the current challenges and get this album produced.
