Kaitie's Story
She is far from home, but marching closer to her dream every day. Kaitie Wade is a country pop singer-songwriter, performer, and recording artist originally from Seattle, Washington. Kaitie could sing before she could talk, and has a passion for music that only keeps growing. She made the move to Nashville, TN in 2012 where she studied music and vocal performance at a local four year university. Aside from school, the vivacious 22 year old spent time writing, recording and performing both solo and with other artists. She was recognized as a "Featured Artist" on Next Star Now, and at Sumner, Washingtons "Stuck Junction Saloon". Kaitie has a unique sound stemming from influences such as Shania Twain, Miranda Lambert, Bon Jovi, and worship music from church.The dedicated singer has performed both background and lead vocals in live venues such as Tin Roof on Broadway, Honky Tonk central, Douglas Corner Cafe, and many venues back in her hometown. Kaitie's debut single, "Tail Lights", had a very successful release in 2015, when she received much positive feedback from fans and industry executives. Kaitie is currently in the works of recording her debut EP, to be released around spring of 2017.
About the Campaign
SO much goes into creating an album. As a recent college graduate pursuing my music career full time, I simply do not have the funds to put on this project on my own - but it is extremely important to me that I release this music! By contributing, you are not only helping me share my music with you and the rest of the world, but you are helping me take the next step in my career as a musician.
