P.S 96 is a high need Pre-K-8 school located in East Harlem. We serve many disadvantaged families living below the poverty line.  Like most families, parents of our students are supportive and dedicated to their children’s education.  They constantly work to provide for their family and play an active role to ensure their child’s academic success.  We believe in celebrating our students’ achievements, which is why it is tradition that we create a final memory for them to cherish forever.  However, due to this year's financial hardships, we are faced with the reality that our tradition may end. We currently lack the funds necessary to provide this experience for our children.

Members of our school community have worked together to raise the funds needed to bring this to fruition for our 84 graduating students. This year we are $6,104.00 short of our total cost.  If we are unable to obtain the remaining amount we will be forced to cancel all scheduled events.

It takes a village to raise a child and we are in desperate need of your help!

Please become a supportive member of our school community by donating and/or sharing this link. There is no donation too small when providing hardworking children with unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime!

Your efforts will go towards the cost of graduation ceremony, caps and gowns, and celebratory festivities for the graduating class of 2017.
