"Itellect mug" is a ceramic mug that lets you see a temperature of a drink without using a thermometer.

Each of us is familiar with a situation when a desire of having a cup of tea, coffee or hot bouillon turns into unpleasant feelings for us as the drink turns out to be very hot and in a number of cases we can even gravely burn our oral cavity or hurt the tooth enamel, that will lead us or our children to an appointment to the doctor and useless spending of money, but frequently too cold drink won't give us pleasure either.What to do, how to get something you really want? Repeatedly getting in such a situation, I thought that it would be quite good to have a mug that shows the temperature of drinks, but coming around into some shops I couldn't meet my wishes. Everything aforesaid led me to a thought that such a thing could be in demand by people and become a good business for me. Turning over different varients of how it can be done, I came to something I would like to present to you.

For each drink there is its individual temperature, under which it should be drunk to be able to taste it thoroughly. For instance, an optimal temperature of coffee or tea is 50-60 degrees Celsium.This mug will be especially useful for people with highly sensitive teeth. Moreover the scale that shows temperature will be easy to understand for children.
A special scale is put on a ceramic cup to enable to define temperature without using any data unit or any electronics.
Due to it the mug doesn't differ in exploiting from an ordinary one.

How it works

We use special thermochromic paint that react on particular temperatures. Each of the six values of the temperature Fahrenheit or Celsium correspond with the colours of indication.

How Does it Work?

Why Indiegogo
